Question about BetJam payouts

I just tried to request a $900 fedex check from BetJamaica. when i did this they told me i needed to fax my id to them first before they would pay out. Is this normal for everyone? Why do they ask for this? Do they do this for every type of payout? thanks guys

I had to send them my ID to get a payout, seems to be the norm nowadays.

Yes it is normal just for verification purposes...

They will not ask every time you request a payout, but usually on the first one they will...

I think your right about that. I have had to do this before also. It is just to make sure that you are verified that is all.

me too;; had to email photo id and utility bill the first time wd;; huge headache of a policy imo
