I would like to share my current experience with BetOTo. Here is the case:
I have placed a bet on Finland Mestis Liga Hockey. The game was played on 10th Oct 2009 - TuTo - D Team and I have backed the home team at 4.65. The average market odds for home team were around 4.00-4.20 so I took the 4.65 at betoto. They accepted the bet and confirmed it was placed.
The game finished with Tuto winning 7:4 and I expected a winner. However, they voided the bet 20 mins after end of the game and returned my original stake. The explanation was trivial - technical error on publishing the odds.
It's the first time I got my winner voided AFTER the game finished. They could have done this before start of the game and I wouldn't argue then, but now they are simply robbing me.

I have submitted an official complaint with SBR but noone responded so far

Bwin do void bets without hesitation if the odds are out... even after a match - sometimes even if the odds are slightly out ... if you have some odds comparison screen shot showing that their odds where in line with the market I d try and disput this with them but you need to have hard evidence... in any case I d say that your chances of recovery are slim.

I know chances are low but I just want to warn other people about it. Anyway, I will try to find some odds before the game and check them out.

They can do this according to their rules. Still, this is not fair to void a bet after it ended
