Bookmaker bonus question.

Someone called me from Bookmaker, and told me he can give me bonus. Never was anywhere mention then it was free play. Turns out it is not bonus but actually free play. I didn't know the difference and placed free play money on bet and won. So now I get no bonus(no free play money anymore) and I have only winning from bet, and also I have to meet rollover requirements. Is this normal?

It seems like it is my mistake by not knowing that there is huge difference between bonus let say in 5dimes and bonus(free bet) in bookmaker. I can't believe I didn't know this.

5dimes is also FreePlay.

Freeplay and Cash Bonus are differnet things

I probably lost free play bet in 5dime, that is why I was not aware of this. Thanks for pointing it out.

Yes its normal to have rolloever requirements...
Better to read their terms and condition about it..
