Oh s$%#, not again !

Bookmaker is f%$^$%# with me again. On late August I asked for a $2995 check, I got it few days later and was no good.They returned the money to my betting account.

After that I made two withdraws using **********, $800 each, took like 10 days to take $800.
Of course I didn't like to have money in my account because I might play them and lose them...so I asked again for a $2990 check...this happened before 6th October.

On 6th October they took the money out of my betting account and in the last 3 days I chat everyday asking for a tracking number. They said that they don't have the tracking # but the check is out...and they asked me to call them the "next" day to get the tracking #.
Today, minutes ago...a guy named "George" told me the check is actually not out and I should call tomorrow !

Is something wrong going on with this bookie..if I get my money out I will find another place to bet...as today are 75 days since I try to get $2995...I got $1600 and cause I won more now I requested another 2990 check.

F$%# Bookmaker...hope I will get the money, either way I'm not depositing anymore with thos crooks. I don't care how many payments they did right so far...something is not right...took 45 days to get some lousy $1600 out of 2995.

I like the "free" transfer out on Fridays. You'd better have that request in by noon on Friday - and you might actually get the money early next week

Feel free to put in a complaint. I can't guarantee it will get you paid faster, but it might. And it will help us track if this is becoming more of a widespread problem.

I'm a platinum member and I never had a problem...the longest I have waited for a check is 7-10 days but its usually shorter then that...all good...

To my earlier point...here is a quote from CS email this week

"Good evening, I gladly report that your payout request is still waiting to be processed. Please keep in mind all withdraw requests might take from 7 to 10 business days to be processed and delivered, although they usually take less."

Why does everyone hype their software? It's the only software from any reputable book that takes more than 15 seconds to place a bet because the script takes forever to progress from page to page (I'm sure it's set up like this on purpose). Makes it virtually impossible to chase a number when NCAAF totals+sides are released mid-week and Olympic and/or Pinny move a line before the CRIS brand does. I'm sure there are many more situations where their page to page software presents a problem for anyone who cares about value.

Thank you. I filled the form few minutes ago, they helped me out last time. At this point the Bookmaker answer is "the check is processing, call us tomorrow"...which will be OK if I didn't get this answer for the last 5 days.
For awhile they even lied saying "the check was sent, call us tomorrow for the tracking number"...and Saturday they changed the story saying "we process the check RIGHT NOW, call us tomorrow".

Of course getting the check is just half of the story, let see if this time the send a good one. Have a nice one everybody.

hmmm... why am i NOT surprised to see this thread??? ...because bookmaker ALWAYS FU*KS with my money. those guys NEVER pay on time and ALWAYS expect for you to deposit.... how do i know? ive experienced it..both bookmaker AND diamondsportsbook..... both same company. all they do is call you to deposit constantly....then after you DO deposit, they cut you off of communication when you win. simple as that...... they should be considered a rogue sportsbook imo. just my two cents...i wish people would know earlier.

I got my tracking number this morning...the check SUPPOSEDLY left an Asian country and will reach USA (no specific date yet) where it will change the Postal carrier. I said "supposedly" because the tracking number said the package was received in 16 October, however the last two days they told me that the check "is processing".

I got the tracking number but no estimated time of arrival...but I will track the package anyway. .

After they lied to me I have zero trust in them. If I get my money I will be done with Bookmaker...they will never see a deposit from me again, so far took me over 50 days to get one bad check, convince them that I didn't cash the check, get two $800 payouts with **********. For all this I sent like 10 emails, 1 fax, 5 phone calls and I had at least 40 chat session with the CS...not to mention I got hit with a fee from my Bank for that bad check.

For those thinking I WON this money, lol, nooooo, I deposited more then I try to get out...I guess I'm at least $3000 down overall with them...so I cannot even call winnings those money I try to get...but I dosen't really matter, they should treat the payouts like it is, the most important parts of their service.

Hi. I just got off a chat session with the Bookmaker CS.

I got a tracking number from them few days ago...the problem is that the tracking number is tracking the package until is leaving the country (Singapore)...after that they don't track it anymore:

"For local to overseas item, the status is available up to the point the mail leaves Singapore"

So 3 weeks after the withdraw request all I've got is a number saying a package was sent out from Singapore...no name, no address, no estimated time of arrival ! And yes, I paid $50 to have the check shipped fast.

So at this point the CS is saying "be patient and wait, the check was sent out, don't worry, you will get it".

Well, how a bout a f**** REAL TRACKING NUMBER, like DHL or FedEx have, so I will know a check was sent to me ?

The strange thing is that on the days of 16th and 17th October I was talking to Bookmaker and they where keep telling me that they don't have a tracking number...but they give me a tracking number on 18 October saying the package was sent on 16Th...WTF?

They basically screwed me around the same way! I waited and waited and never got payment.

I will NEVER use them or any of their affiliates like betcris, diamond, etc.

UPDATE

3 weeks after my withdraw request for a check of $2900 and after I paid a $50 fee for the shipping, I got a tracking number which it gives me this result when I used:

" Label/Receipt Number: RRXX XXXX XXXX G

There is no record of this item "


There are 2 carriers involved in delivering the check:


The first carrier, Singapore Postal Services, have some information on their site saying "something" went overseas on 16th October, but this is the ONLY information available, no tracking, no name, no address, no estimated time of arrival.

Once in USA, the check will travel with USPS, which at this point have no trace of the item.

So the Bookmaker attitude at this point is "be patient and wait please". Very frustrating since I heard this for 2 weeks now.

the free 2500 is the ewallet free withdraw every Friday. This is usually a good deal except when they get in cash flow problems. Most weeks its same day, but it can last up to 4 days. Now that is just ridiculous for an ewallet and especially for somebody the size of Cris. Lets see if they get those out today or not. Good to see one made it already to previous poster.

Got my check today from Bookmaker, 3 weeks after my withdraw request. Now let's see if the check will be any good...most likely it will take 5 business days to find out. Waiting 3 weeks for a check which I'm not sure is good...not cool.

I cashed the check, turn out it was a cashier check so the funds where available right away, great.

I'm so happy I might take my girlfriend to have dinner at McDonalds today, with me paying for it of course, on the other hand NBA season is starting tomorrow and I will need every penny, so I would reevaluate the situation later.

So thank you Bookmaker for the check after all, I wish they will have a better dealing with costumers when it comes down to payouts. For example they don't email out the tracking number, I had to keep call them...I don't understand why they don't do something simple as that.

After all this I decided I will stay with Bookmaker.

I have gotten 1 payout from them back in the spring, seems like it took about a week was for only $300.00. It was a CK !!!!!!!

i guess checks are more tedious. I use neteller, and at most it takes 48 hours per payout

I'm going through the same dog and pony show with Bookmaker right now with all of the Sing Post garbage. I chose the check via Fed Ex option so I have no idea what's going on. What courier eventually delivered the check for you? Was it the post office?

They will send the check with Singapore Post. Once in USA the envelope will be taken and delievered by USPS.
Don't bother to use the tracking number since Sing Post and USPS will not track the envelope.
Sing Post will tell you at least the date when they recived the envelope an that it was "delievered overseas"
The check will travel "air mail", just a regular small white envelope. Took 9 days to get my check, which it was a cashier check so the funds where available right away.
So no, no FedEx or DHL. Just be patient and you will get your check...calling Bookmaker will be just a waste of time since NOBODY can track the enevelope.


So wait 9-10 days after they send it out...I live in Seattle, so maybe you can get it even a day or two faster if you live in another city.

Would bank transfer work better with BM, even though I doubt that? BM cs have always sucked , but one can not play with book who is screwing you with payouts... They have gotten so big like dinosaurs, I wounder is Titanic is starting to sink since cash flow problems is usually the very first sign of what is coming.

A Bank Transfer would be a great option, but they won't do it for less then $5000. I was looking at TheGreek payouts and I was shocked about how fast they are . I'm thinking to move to TheGreek but I kinda like Bookmaker, I'm not sure what to do. If USA will legalize online sport betting, I think Bookmaker will go down...you won't keep people around giving them bad checks or keep them waiting 3 weeks for a check, but looks like the other payout options are working fine for Bookmaker
