I don't think if other bookies accept ****/Mastercards payment. I haven't encounter such such paymeny method.

BetOnline is the only one I found who would do it. The 5dimes megacard (virtual/prepaid card) option is very quick and painless as well. You just buy it with your CC, then call in the number.

Books like thegreek, bookmaker, 5dimes, only take about $250 for the 1st month which is lame!
I hate having to go buy the pre-paid cards and then calling in to pay! ****/**/AMX is much less painless.
