1st of all, it does not mention anywhere on the website that there is a 4,000 per week limit on total payouts. i think this should be written in BIG LETTERS in multiple locations.

2 questions

1- is there any way to circumvent this? you say you have people who bet 20k on nfl games. these high rollers are limited to withdrawing 4k per week? i have run up a large balance and this slow withdrawl period scares me dearly.

2- why???? i dont know of any other book that limits withdrawls in this matter. some have limited options but do not even come close to such a low limit per 7 days. whats the reason BetPhoenix has this why i cant find another book that comes close? and book to book trasnfers count towards this 4000 limit? cant think of a customer friendly reason why this would be the case.

Do you have an account with us or a payment requested? I will work with you to get more no problem. We do transfer more than the 4 all of the time on the book to book end. The rules are sufficient for 99% of the playing population, and are also protective for our business in certain situations (limit circumvention via multiple accounts is one example).
On the second point you make, we pay more and faster than most on a per unit basis.

i have taken 2k out at least 4 times i but was always told 2k check/mo is the max when asked?

site only reads 2k so i thought the clerk was accurate in her answer.

is that true you could get up to 4k?

I have found the b2b is usually same day. BUT, the clerks are saying b2b has a 4k limit. It would be nice if they were told that more than 4k can go that route.

I love how lying about amounts/fee's to get paid is acceptable practice in this industry...It makes it seem like when someone tells you the truth it's a miracle.

I'm glad that your getting the help you requested. Its just sad that you have to come to SBR to obtain it.

Payout limits like this are comical. Payout limits should equal deposit limits.

so i asked for an additional 8k to be transferred to my matchbook account on late thursday/early friday morning. richard told me on monday he will transfer 8k more. which is today, still waiting for the transfer. but i cant quite understand why they would need to wait till after the weekend to transfer the funds. is it a cash flow issue (i dont think so)? is it a research issue(checking the account for fraud- i doubt this too). is it just hoping i lose the $ in my account(maybe)? maybe richard is just not authrized to trasnfer too much withen a certain number of days. i just cannot think of why. im not even complaining about it. just dont really know why. as long as i get my money doesnt really matter much. (lost a bunch of my balance this weekend )

BetFirstClass transfers are due to the fact that we have a few common players I wanted to make happy. They are decent sized players with a good history on our end. I think there have been a total of two or three transfers max.
