    Default unibet behaviour

    Unibet has blocked my account and the only explanation they gave is:
    "your account is blocked due a routine security check"

    I created my account on 28th July
    I won and lost some money and when I tried to withdraw they blocked my account
    So my account was blocked and verified on 24th sept.
    I understood this is common procedure for any client.

    I have several payments from my account processed.
    So you think my account was ok now.
    it seems No!
    Now they blocked my account without any real explanation.
    I know it's because I won alot on their live betting.

    And now they don't answer anymore!
    They only say to "wait a few days."
    My account is blocked since 8th oct.

    Their customer support is bad, no one answers the phone, I'm always in a queue, their live chat is always offline

    I agree their customer service is really bad.
    But normally they donīt even block your account when you use multiple accounts. Maybe there are some countries they donīt like. Where do you live?

    It sometimes happen with them....but usually solved in a few days...

    I think you're right, they don't like us so much, maybe they shouldn't advertise so much here then.
    Anyway, my account is still blocked with 1500 € in. Do SBR respond to complain forms? I submitted one, 6 days ago

    You should have got an initial response from SBR. Check your spam folder (email) or contact them.

    Very strange... that behavior is not normal at Unibet...
    Fill a complaint here on SBR they could help you... i think

    Unibet must speak up here.. Im not familiar with that bookies,good thing that i haven't got one.

    You seem to be an unlucky person seeing that both Unibet and SBR dont respond to you.

    hello. I'm newbie and I made the big mistake of openning a unibet account, which was almost inmediately blocked (after I made the payment of course!)... and they asked for documents (I already gave them to unibet) but still nothing... I want my money back.
