    Default Bet365 stole part of my earnings!Help!

    Hello. I came here to make a complaint against bet365 ..

    I made a bet on 10/10/2009.

    1 - bet on the value of 320 euros which "Vasco da Gama would mark the second goal of the match " with odd 2.40 and earnings of 448 euros.

    2 - Bet wins.

    3 - they paid me only 91.43 euros and not the 448.00 euros.

    4 - Print of my bet and profit wrong.

    I sent an email complaining about the wrong gains and they said:

    Bet referenced above was written off in accordance with our betting rules:

    "If for any reason a bet is accepted after the start of the event or game (exept when clearly marked, Live Betting on a website), the bet will remain as long as the final event is not yet known, and that no participant / team has won some kind of advantage (eg in terms of outcome, expulsion, etc.) at the time the bet was launched. If the result of an event / market is known, bet365 reserves the right to cancel betting whether this is a winning or losing. Disputes about the time when the stakes are raised will be resolved by consulting the records in our database. "

    Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. "

    If my bet was actually annulled because they paid me 91.43 euros?? they explained to me properly because I paid less! My bet was done correctly!

    hello rodrigodacosta,

    maybe your bet was a "late bet". I donīt know.

    But I know that this is the typical behavior of bet365.
    They donīt like winning bets and they try to void -or change- them wherever they can for no reasons

    I never seen so many bet365 complains, they where always good to me I dont understand??? I still have a lot o confidence in bet365, a least in funds safety.

    Bet 365 is a great book, i have no complaints against them... and im surprised with that behavior.

    i still believe that bet 365 is one of the best european books, never had problems with them.
