HOLY SHIT!!!! I know I posted how their service sucks and everything and promised myself not to bet with them... On my way back home, I wanted to place a wager on MNF and I only had 5dimes phone number on my phone. So called them to get the receiver's information. The person I was speaking with was very nice and I will give me 5start for his custermer service and also when I called back to give them the control number, the lady I spoke with was also super nice and also 5star for her customer service. She said money will be in my account 30-45min so I figure I will place my bet on 2nd half. But as soon as I came back home and checked my email and got a email from 5dimes saying money is in my account. So I was like "no way, this early?" and I log into my account... they already credit me with the money... it took them like 2 min after I hung up my phone. I guess they got sick and tired of ppl complaining about their service on the public forums. Great Job 5dimes!!
