    Default Anybody use a Green Dot Pre-Paid **** card?

    I just got this today at Walgreen's and put $100 on it and tried it at 5Dimes and Matchbook and neither site worked, 5Dimes accepted and verified it, but when I tried to deposit it seems as if the green dot website blocked it.


    Any luck on other sites with this card?

    just tried bookmaker and it says it failed but I have a feeling this may be due to me using the temporary card that came with the purchase and not the card with my name on it that they will be mailing to me


    mikail, do you use the green dot pre-paid DC?

    Yes I have used it at bookmaker. You will need the card with your name on it. Contact customer service. They may be able to help you.

    If you have the "Temporary" card, you may be limited to using that card throughout the US only. When you receive the real card in the mail, generally within 7-10 days, you can use that for online sites and any "International Sites" as the temps are only good for US of A.

    Let us know if you get it to work, i'm always looking for an easier deposit method and Walgreens is only a couple of blocks away.

    You may also want to check on RebateWager -- they have a system that utilizes this method.

    Other good options are G2G (available at Walgreens - http://********/), or Wal-Mart MoneyCard Prepaid **** (available at Wal-Mart cashier stations - https://www.walmartmoneycard.com/walmart/homepage.aspx).

    Green Dot Prepaid **** worked at Bookmaker a couple months ago. Don't know if it's changed.
