    Default BetCris Diamond Reward Level

Anyone knows how can be reached diamond level?
    It says
After earning 300,000 BetPoints in a calendar year, your account will be moved to the Diamond level of the rewards program.

Right now I have over 300k points collected /in past I cashed once or twice for freeplays - in january they changed the system/. There is no automatic upgrade of levels? I am rather asking players than them since there go some horror stories around how they steal the betpoints.

I think it has something to do with the amount of money you have in youre account at the time. If you have 300k plus points then you have did alot of wagering over the course .It really dosent matter what level you are their it just means you earn those points at a faster or slower clip.Same rewards little more points thats the difference.Ask the customer service reps about what they can do for you if you have a huge bankroll then they prob will do anything necessary to please you.(Please donate 11 SBR points.)

It was automatic for me. I'd suggest talking to a CS rep.

The reason can be that I did not get the 300k pts from january /when they made the betpoints (R) change/. But I got 400+K pts in last year. I will try to contact them.

I always use my points when I hit 15K, seems safer. I may never be a Diamond, but Platinum rewards are a nice cash bonus if their lines are the same and I don't have to do rollover elsewheres.

Looks like the right thing to do is spend them. If they can be taken away at any point, Peep's recommendation of 15k makes sense.

Do you remember a major CRIS downgrade years ago? It needs no explaining. They got back on track only because they promised SBR John to never do it again.

Recently there are just too many reports of them doing it. I'm astonished SBR does not intervene.

What possible reason would they have to steal betpoints other than they don't want you to spend your money with them? It's a customer incentive program, could this be something that is being done without management knowing?

I've known many many people that have been removed from the rewards program but never have I seen them confiscated. As posted above, CRIS had a major scandal doing this years ago and I'd be very surprised to hear that they're doing it again. Anyone with a claim of stolen rewards points should file a dispute.

    i will tell you soon
i am quite scared about them, i do not want to solve 2.5k dispute right now and i am really scared that they will come out with some BS

but to be honest, i personally can not say anything bad about them - free payouts on monday are on time, freeplays were ok too

maybe i am limited on NFL totals for 2nd halves - it is weird, i can bet 2k on NCAAF and only 1k on NFL... anyone has those limits too?

    so,
they did not just upgraded me with no problems, but also gave nice 500 freeplay
but pay attention, now cris wants only 14 days to spend the freeplay /used to be month at least/
