Any word sportsbookUSA?
I've been waiting on a payout for over nine months from sportsbookUSA and was wondering if anyone knows their status due to all the changes occuring lately? If anyone has info please let me know.

First off, Let me welcome you to the SBR forum Loads
This book is notorious for pulling this type of bullshit. Then again the whole FutureBet family of books have that bad rep.
Please send your info along with your details to: Assistance@SportsbookReview.com if you haven't already.

All the changes occuring have no effect on the Futurebet group. They will continue not to pay as usual.

thanks for the reply. If the future bet company is not going to be effected then my cash should still be in a wait list to be paid?
Anyone know how to exert pressure on these guys to pay up?

If you have been waiting for over 9 months now, contact us at the email address I posted above bud. It's obvious they have no plans what so ever to pay you, and you need some assistance.

Odds of getting paid from Futurebet are even lower now. They need to profit and to have money coming in to pay winners. This could get ugly fast.
Our latest mgt. contact has helped get a few guys paid but it's the same situation as in the past. It takes some string pulling for the basic payout. We will get you on our list and do our best.

NINE MONTHS!
WOW!
U have been very patient Loads.
I hope this is not a sign to come for this group!
Everyone is thinking bad thoughts at this stage in the market place, I would think it was a perfect opportunity for small time books to step up and become big time books.

The only reason they gave was that there was a cash flow problem and they couldn't give me a time frame. Very annoying.
I have spoken to one person who didn't seem to know very much and will call back. Does anyone know how exactly to deal with these people on the phone( polite but firm got me nowhere ).

Flunky is the right word for it bbd, couldn't facilitate a root in a brothel. As for impersonating the president of the USA I've done worse and will again in the future. I need to talk directly to someone who can do something, I think it would help if I knew a name to ask for? Anyone in the industry that can give me a name without ruining a potential contact? what if I just asked for lois? think there would be a lois working there?

the last phone call was to a guy named stephane. He works for the call center and couldn't get me through to the accounts department like i asked him to. He was as useful as the live help over the internet, he could do nothing but promise to pass my concern on and empathise with me. How do I talk to someone with the ability to act?

Loads, I was start stepping it up a notch with them. You almost have to blow your stack per say to get thru to there manager now IMO.

I came close to the stack blow, he said he had no way of putting me through to them as they did not have phone access to the accounts department. Should I ask for his manager and then blow my stack? Just so frustrating not to be able to talk to anyone who claims responsibility. will try again, keep you posted.
