It's always ok to withdraw up to $3000 via check at 5dimes.com. however, you have to pay $40+ for each courier. don't know if they have free withdraw within a calender month or not.

Yes, one free FedEx per 30 days up to 3K. They also now offer checks for $3001-4500, but there's a $60 fee and they'll only cover $40 of the fee if you qualify for the free payout.
