Feel free to send in a complaint on your issue. If Matchbook doesn't even list DSI anymore, then I can't promise anything can be done, but we will try.

Teamplayer - I know a number of professionals who have played with DSI for years without issue. They certainly can limit, but in general, they are a good out for a number of professional players.

that live chat log is eerily similar to every time i've ever needed anything from bookmaker/dsi from a withdraw to a bonus. "i can't help you, you'll have to talk to the "whatever" department." Ok great transfer me to them..."Can't there not here, you'll have to send and email and we'll back to you within the week."

Truly the least helpful c/s in the industry, not to mention the highest juice.

soooo..... After reading all that, what book would people recommend for people who place larger wagers?

So.. this hasn't gotten enough love. Nobody argues that they can't cut you off from future betpoints, but stealing earned points (or effectively stealing by never letting them be redeemed for anything) is a crock.

Im having issues with them too right now,DSI live chat tells me they transfer to The Greek so I call The Greek to make sure and they say they dont accept DSI transfers. I dont trust live chat at this point, so who here knows what A (not Bookmaker) books will take DSI money? Its ridiculous, live chat told me it will cost $100 for the 1st $500 and then it goes up from there. Ok Ill eat the transfer costs to get out.

These guys are completely out of control. Who knew that a $200 transfer fee a couple years back would now be a bargain.....

That's all you need. Transfer from WSEX to MB, get the fee covered....leave SHITBOOK WSEX in the rearview mirror forever.

DSI contacted me via e-mail this evening and asked me to call and ask for a certain lady at an extension. This lady made everything right in my situation regarding a payout issue. So Im happy with the outcome overall.
