Dimeline Sportsbook (SBR rating D) has continued to delay the payout of a player that it has labeled a professional bettor. The player requested $2000 on June 18th and $2000 in mid-July. Neither withdrawal has been paid by Dimeline. SBR advises players to avoid Dimeline until multiple slowpay reports are resolved.

Dimeline: "Sir, at this time we do not have the Moneybookers funds to pay you. Your account was also labeled as a wiseguy account. This means you bet steam and are clearly a professional which is against our bonus terms. You will be paid but it will be another 30 days minimum. "

They most NEVER have the moneybooker funds to pay you. They refuse to fund it. They USED TO have the odd funds in their account they could pay by check. Lately, who knows?

Steam, scheem. They have an excuse to not pay most everyone, and, when you post about it, to call you up to complain they are being badmouthed unfairly.

Some of these books really need to get more creative in their language on how to no pay/slow play whoever they want.

In the past year I can think of at least 5 books who use the term "syndicate/wiseguy" player as some sort of excuse to punish a player. Some of these books are highly rated and banner endorsed by SBR. Any kind lof lucky streak against them is labeled "wiseguy" action. I much prefer to be told "your play is too strong for us" and then to be paid off quickly. Too many whiny little bitches running books.

PLEASE can we lay off the wiseguy language??? You might actually offend a real wiseguy.

They owe me £320 from June my first withdrawal was ignored to Moneybookers then i was told to withdraw by cheque (great,robbed by bank charges back to the UK)but i need not of worried about banks charges after the request to withdraw by cheque was also ignored. Just last week they emailed to say my withdraw (from June) had been rejected and to get in touch with them. Now i find they have withdrawn the live chat option went i log on and my email asking why the withdrawal was declined went un-answered.

I took a £500 bonus for a £500 deposit but after reading all the crap about them on here i asked for the bonus to be withdrawn, they answered that email straight away and it was withdrawn after 10 minutes of sending the email. Just to add i never made a wager with them when the bonus was in my account and waited until it was removed before wagering anything so basically they are just hanging onto my cash.

Still never received a cent from them and they hardly ever respond to my questions. The moneybookers excuse is just that, I never once requested payment by that method, both times it was cheque and I paid extra for Fedex to get it quicker

Actually, that player received a check for $2,000 and is requesting the remainder of his balance.

To date Dimeline has handled all slow-pays recorded with SBR. If anyone has not yet done so, please submit a sportsbook complaint form.
