    I am a newbie and want to make a deposit. Am looking for the best customer service, best juice, fastest payouts without fees and back end bonus. I like pinnacle for the juice but don't like the no phone contact. What book is the best that you would recommend? I don't understand matchbook, can someone help me with this also?

    What sports do you wish to bet on? The book you choose would depend mainly on what sports you wish to bet on. Legends is known for A+ CS apparently and decent lines for US sports (from what I have heard, not from experience). However, if you are betting soccer or tennis, you would want to avoid legends.

    Why you need phone contact??

    I have stay with Pinnacle for over 2 years now and I have never needed to contact the customer service.
    Pinnacle is the best book in all parts,much better than matchbook.I have cash out my money from matchbook
    and the site has been down a lot the last couple of weeks

    yea when you need to use the phone is mainly because you need to chase after your payment lol. or atleast thats what i use it for...but try www.5dimes.com , they are a reputable book and high graded here at sbr. their payouts are quick!! customer service is near instant, they have live chat as well!

    It would just be nice to have a phone contact in case I am waiting for a payout. How long does it take to get payouts and have you ever had a problem? Also what don't you like about matchbook? I don't even understand those bets

    I never had any problem with pinnacle.I use wire for deposite and payouts,it takes 3-4 days..

    I don't like matchbook because the site has been down a lot the last weeks and it has makes problem for me with my wagers.
    So I'm done with matchbook!

    Payouts for 3-4days is too long! For other bookies that paouts just within 24 hours.
