    Default 10bet withdrawal

    hello sportsfans,

    i have a huge problem with 10bet

    it all began in march 2009

    i requested a withdrawal 500€ to neteller
    till today that was not processed
    my account is not locked its still active it ever was.
    but im waitin for my money
    i wrote many emails to the support,account department
    they gave me bonusses and stuff but they dont pay my withdrawal
    and they not answering emails which includes questions about this withdrawal

    so what can i do now?

    You could try smaller sum first!

    They are scum but they pay though... perhaps you did not complete your rollover? and in any event you must call them and give them hard time on the phone ... otherwise submit an official complaint here.
