I would like to explain to all who read this thread a couple of things, so you know where we stand, we have had two ungrades here this year after we showed that all players that were ever owed any money had been paid. This is a very good thing!
Since then we have aquired many players from all over the world in large part due to the exposure that we have had here and on several other forums..
Yesterday I had the pleasant surprise when I read here on SBR we have come up (in the players opinion) to a very high level on an official post done by SBR.

They asked the players which are the top three sportsbooks on each persons list and we came up 23rd ....not too bad!
Please give me your feed back on this "please"........

Thank you! We are very proud to be on this list and it shows that our efforts have been successful and we are going to continue to progress regardless of the rating that we have.. simply by giving good service, paying all players on time and giving the player a better value for his money......

We are now tied with several books for the 23rd place and we are still up there with the big boys.....looking good. I would like to say that I am glad that we are even on the list, it goes to show that we have players who value our shop.... Thank You!!!!

Douchebook finals will be held at OGD, we will have a playoff system in place for the "worst 16 as nominated by players". We are taking nominations from everyone though. SBR posters have been great in providing candidates, they know here quite well what they don't like.

I realize that the name is probably not the best, but whats in the brand except a name, what "really matters" is the way you will be treated here and what the lines are like, but especially how you get paid, right???

Carl (Cferrat) , with 6 points in comparison to the leader with 245 points is nothing to brag about... so saying that you are # 23 is somewhat twisting reality... one could argue that with 6 point you are 2.5% of the leader's point with 245 so is he 40 times better than you. This poll is meaningless.

Carl, you are utilizing the sports betting forums out there very well. This is a very cost effective way to market your website but the main reason for your current success imo is the way in which you treat your clients… making sure that clients are happy at all cost, and being honorable in everything you do and say... whether this is sustainable after Carl, is still to be seen. I haven’t signed up with 911 but I know people who have and they claim that they joined only because of you.

I have no doubt that if Pinnacle was open to US clients it would have got 1000 points. They are by far the best book out they are miles ahead of anyone else and the only things they do right is 1) They are very good with odds 2) they offer high limits 3) They pay within less than an hour 4) they have good variety of sports and odds 5) they are very honorable in everything they do – good company culture… their only downfall is their fragile technology … it breaks too often.

Well I guess you are right in that we are not that high if you look at it the way that you do, but for us to be on the list itself is a great accomplishment for us and I might have gotten excited but thank you for your opinion, we will keep trying to do just what you mentioned, maintain integrity in everything that we do and continue to pay fast and of course give the kind of service that we have been giving, I certainly hope that we do come up on the ratings.....Thank you again UV82!

One for the US market and one for the rest of the world.
Results would be TOTALLY different.

Thats an idea that they should considered, since most of our players are European, but we still give the same service to all our players...

Looking at the tread that asks which sportsbooks are under rated there are already three that feel we should ba at a much higher rating and thats from their experience here at Bet911......
