If you already have Sports-1 continue play with them, your money are safe there.

Just ask them, they are cool about such requests. I know in the past it wasn't a problem.

Can someone confirm that their lines are independant?

I have twice seen some small arbs on Sports-1 V Bet Phoenix on a free arb service. They may have been mistakes though

I would say the lines are not independent in the classic sense. If you have full juice at one of their skins and 105 at another, you might occasionally run into an arb situation.
