When I signed up @ BetJam a few months ago I never received a bonus on my initial deposit and I've never received any bonuses on re-deposits.

Their support barely answers me telling me "you don't qualify" but they never tell me why and what I could do to qualify. I've deposited through either MoneyBookers or Neteller so I don't see what the problem is. I've bet my deposits many times over.

Has anybody else encountered this problem? They have some of the best lines and excellent interface but their lack of communication and explanation bothers me.
I don't really care about the money, it's just that they offer the bonus when signing up and then even e-mail me to tell about bonuses on re-deposits and then I never actually get a bonus. It's simply misleading.

Give them a call or email Scotty, they'll resolve this matter quickly. They credited me my bonus a week later, after I e-mailed them that I wasn't properly credit.

For initial deposit with BetJam I think you need to e mail them your account info and ask for the bonus. If you don't it won't be credited. But as others have said talk to Scotty and I'm sure I'll be straightened out.

From my experience some sites don't include Moneybookers deposits in their bonus offers while some sites only offer reduced/different bonuses for this type of deposit.

I've already posted my experience so I won't rehash it, but I will say that I was pretty pissed at BetJam CS for the way they handled my initial deposit. I got the same response from the board telling me to talk to Scotty, but honestly, it wasn't worth my time and I don't really plan on using this book until I have to. If I wanted a book with full juice lines I'd just use Legendz where the CS doesn't have their heads up their asses.

Non-North American players are advised to verify bonus eligibility before depositing. All Accounts will be subject to security department approval before any bonuses or rebates will be credited.

Wooah very troublesome. For other bookies, just input the bonus code upon registration then you will get Bonus amount in your initial deposit. Why here it's like that? There is a qualification just to entitle for Bonus promation?

I have e-mailed Scotty 2 days ago and no reply whatsoever. My request to the regular CS for checking my Paradise Loyalty Club status has gone unanswered as well. I'm seriously thinking about leaving BetJam.
