Doesn't work for me either (not in usa), but just got confirmation that it does work for someone in Mexico.
seems they only are reachable for people in Mexico. Maybe they feel trouble coming their way.

try to call them and see what they say.

Manditz their website still there, if you live in the USA you can no longer access their website, USA and mexico have an agreement to block the site in USA territory, I also have an account with caliente and let me tell you and all the people the doesn't know about this place, caliente is the best sportbook l ever deal with, l also live in the USA 15 min from the border from mexico and it was great for me, 'cause any time l won a decent amount of money l just went to their casino, make a withdrawal and get my money right there on the spot, l didn't have to wait weeks and beg for my money like l'm doing it right now, 'cause like you I can't access their web site any more, l opened an account with BETONLINE and l'm having problems getting paid. So l will suggest you to go to the nearest caliente close your account and the will give your money back they are legit.. Good luck to all of you on your bets!!!

I think the online sports book only works south of the border. I know gringos with accounts and they can bet fine. The limits at the casnos are still up to $40,000 for NFL games ... 5 or 10 for NBA, NCAA, and mlb.

I have never heard of a mugging in the parking lots. They have a cop there who is cool. However other cops have shook down gringos out on the streets. ....but that's if your a dru k douchebag, which may apply to several of the com enters.

Caliente is still up and running. I don't like them because they have limited betting options. The owner is the son of a former State Governor, they own the Caliente greyhound track, as well as a Soccer team in Mexican League.

Here in Mexico Gambling is legal and regulated by government. If Player wins, he pays taxes. If player loses, Casino pay taxes.

    Offshore betting is another matter

Just a quick update as I had totally forgotten about this thread

I have managed to contact them on an email address i was given after i called them.

I was told they will not be taking any clients from outside mexico and they agreed to send me the money through bank transfer deducting the tax

One good book lost it seems

    Thanks for all your comments

    Happy new year
