I agreed to play nice from the start with them, I think I have a few things with 500 limit, but otherwise Richard has been really cool in that regard. I try to stay 500 or less with an occasional splurge above that number.

It is just a cache item. We are loading a new look site on Tues Morn, and this was a prep step for that. If you clear your cache it will load as normal. Should load as normal now either way.

One thing I will say is I do not like how your system logs me out after x number of minutes. This is not the way it's supposed to work especially when I'm in live betting. This is Extremely annoying. And, why do you keep touting your Live Betting, yet there is no Direct link to Live Games? I must go under Straight Wagers each and everytime to select it, even after a Bet in Live betting.
You need to up your session timeouts to at least 60 minutes unless you systems cannot handle the persistent connections. The message below happens around 10 minutes of inactivity and has nothing to do with cookies.
FAIL

Either your session has timed out, you entered an invalid page directly, or "cookies" are not turned on in your browser. First, try and login again and if you receive this message again, follow the directions below to activate "cookies" in your browser.
To activate "cookies" in Microsoft Internet Expolore, select Internet Options from the View menu. Then select the Advanced tab to reveal your advanced browser settings. Scroll down until you see security settings. Select "Always accept cookies" and press the Apply button. Then restart Internet Explorer.
Cookies are needed to keep track of where you are in the wagering process. They pose no security threat in that the cookies cannot directly manipulate your computer. You can temporarily turn cookies on when making wagers online and then disable them if you subsequently want no other sites to use them.

Both Phoenix and Mania both down for me, both on my Mac and my PC. Safari and IE, they seem to have trouble at crunch time. I give them a week to improve because this has been going on for over a week.
If not, I meet my roll and wd and never deposit again.
