Yesterday my nightmare is over. I charged my 3000 EUR 4300.

Last week they called to get a new offer and accepted it as the page takes a long time to drop what I imagine to be closed down.

Moreover, as I said earlier I was talking to an agent of computer crimes unit of the Civil Guard and I made things very black and I decided to accept the last offer.

As if someone is not paid I can say that the agent told me that if a claim would be better to do a number of people affected because it would have more chance of success.

That said I only need to add that, not when or how, but sooner or later I find out the name of the great son of **** owner of this stall and you will see his picture in all forums betting with the legend of and criminal scammer below it.

And I think that, as discussed in another forum, it would not hurt, that we unite to send a formal complaint to someone in the European Union and advised the mafia type of organization is the LGA.

I had to make an additional roll-over of 300 euro but since then I seem to be unable to contact anyone from Betafterbet or LGA. Neither of these entities even bother to answer any of my emails. I've been very pacient with this situation but its been months since my last withdrawal request and since my first contact with LGA and I didn't even get one single answer.
I would like to know how can I get in touch with any entity that could give any answer, since LGA seems to be useless...

I posted LGA phone above, try that. Other than this, if they owe you big, you should sue them. A couple of cases were going in Malta last time I checked. Seach for Malta law office and try mailing, you will find all about it. There is no one to offer you serious help I am afraid. You could also try to turn to the press in Malta if LGA refuse to do anything.

Been waiting for my money for over 6 months (made a complaint with the LGA a few months ago).

Betafterbet contacted me by email last week saying they had tried to phone me but were unsuccessful.

I replied back (via email) saying I would not accept anything less than 6000 GBP of my 8200 GBP balance.

Received a reply a few days ago asking me to sign and date a final settlement letter (for 6000 GBP), and scan it back to them. Did so on Wednesday. 6000 GBP received today via Moneybookers.

I'm happy for you scale24. I have something about 200-300 GBP there. I can't even check the amount as the website is dead. Can you tell us what's the e-mail address they contacted you from? I would like to drop them a few lines. It's not a lot of money, but still getting 75% of that would be nice. Maybe there's a chance. If you have any advice on how to deal with them it would be appreciated. Thanks!

with the following in the subject line:
www.betafterbet.com. customer xxxxxxxx

xxxxxxxx being my Betafterbet username. In my case, they always replied when I sent an email with the exact above in the subject line.

Well, today 28 june 2010 i've received my money in full amount in my moneybookers account ( 188.16 euro ). After i've made the second complaint, in 8 days (25 june) i've benn contacted by betafterbet to confirm my moneybookers adress because they have problems with CC withdraw. I sent them e-mail to confirm my moneybookers account and in 3 days they sent the money into my account. I hope everyone will get their money from betafterbet.

Yes Trobok. Today, I received 180 GBP withdrawal from financial@betafterbet.com. I'm not sure if that was 75% or less/more of my account balance, but I'm satisfied and happy that I can put this behind me I hope everydoby gets paid in the end Thank you Lou and SBR!

Sorry for late response. I've made complaints at SBR ( http://www.sportsbookreview.com/Spor...Complaint.aspx ) and at LGA ( complaints@lga.org.mt ). I also wrote a couple of times to Betafterbet ( support@betafterbet.com ) and I told them that I will accept 75% of my account balance. I had to send them some scans like ID, utility bills. It all took a couple of months, but I received my money Good luck!

Thanks to your advice, I received 2400 euros (10/20/2010), even though my account balance stood at 3,615 euros!
The first letter sent betafterbet on 05/14/2010!

I am happy that he had received some of their money back!

Let me sum up the current situation with Betafterbet.

• They are not cooperating with SBR at all.
• They are not responding to e-mails anymore.
• Their live chat is constantly offline and they have a fake phone number.
• They offer fake excuses for not paying anyone. (At least offered)
• The web site is not fully functional and looks unfinished, including the withdraw form that never worked.
• The total sum of unpayed money according to SBR is 22924.60 EUR, in reality it probably is 10 times that.

Those facts all point to the conclusion that Betafterbet is not legitimate company. There are a couple of things we could do about it.

• Force them to shut down their operation completely to avoid damage to more people.
• Bring them to justice and stop them from relaunching the scam again.
• Reclaim at least part of our funds that they still have.

For starters I suggest we all send complaints to the following institutions:
(The more people complain the more seriously they will take it. And be sure to mention the total owned sum!)

In addition to that, I suggest we organize and submit a legal warning to Betafterbet that will be followed by a civil case. If anyone knows an Attorney Office that has experience with this kind of cases, please, share with us. I hope SBR will also help; they should have a lot of experience.
