I responded to Bet-At-Home's offer to match deposits up to 100 Euro.

My account is in USD so I deposited $150, which by my calculation should have entitled me to the 100 Euro bonus.

But my account was credited with only $100 USD.

On enquiry I was advised that the limit is $100 USD ... along with various other limits depending on currency of your account.

I have pointed out to them that nowhere in their promotional email, nor in the list of details and conditions applying to the bonus on the website is there any reference to a bonus of other than 100 Euro.

Three follow up emails have failed to draw any response from them.

From Bet-At-Home's terms: The maximum bonus amount for betting accounts (with USD currency) amounts to 100 USD. With deposits of over 100 USD a bonus amount of 100 USD will be credited to the betting account.

Make sure that you read the terms the next time you take a book up on a bonus offer.

Ok.. I googled the bonus and found some results and the USD term wasn't there from the start it seems. But the terms never said "currency equivelant" or anything like that, so if they don't want to give you the extra cash they will use that against you.

It is still a generous offer.

I DID read the conditions prior to submitting my deposit and as you say that condition wasn't there at the start. I have a screenshot to prove it.

Agree that it didn't specifically mention 100 Euro equivalent but surely that is entitled to be taken as implied by readers?

Also agree that it is a worthwhile exercise none the less but I have deposited $50 more than was necessary to gain that bonus and now under the offer's terms am unable to withdraw it and have to turn it over three times.

And I remain unimpressed with their failure to respond to me.
