    Default Any info on BetVenus Sportsbook?

    Received an email about this Book. They claim to be rated B+ by SBR, but I can't find their rating here. Anyone know anything about this outfit?

    They claim it is B+ in the email I received maybe they were borrowing the rating from Phoenix.

    It stands for pay per head. From what I understand a PPH shop is someone who signs up clients and let the mothership (in this case BP) do things like the actual bookmaking, managing callcenters, taking care of software, setting lines and all that. Venus would probably still be the ones responsible for payouts though.

    I may be very wrong here though. Google will probably give you a more detailed answer.
