Best ways to deposit with Pinnacle is with ****? or **********? I'm Canadian can I open an account with Moneybookers too? Need some feedback on this. Thanks.

I would say Moneybookers (I'm also a Canuck).....You can play around with a much higher amount than ********** if I recall correctly. However, if you're just opening a Moneybookers account, it can be a few tedious days before everything is up and running.

So might as well deposit with ****, and just upload my documents to their site. Thats pretty quick instead of waiting a few days before ********** and moneybooker to work.

Also for withdrawals I can just use a wire and put my winnings into my BMO account or to my CIBC **** account.

Moneybookers is much more convenient, and you get withdrawals in under 10 minutes (unless it's 5k+). They do one free wd that way per month I think.
