Hi all,

I registered yesterday on Canbet and deposited 30 euros. They credited 30 euros bonus to the account, which i didn't get to use.
I made a 30 euro bet (with my own money) on a football game. I won the bet on Canbet. Today, when i went to check my Canbet account, i couldn't login. I talked to their support and they told me my account was closed because i didn't pass the security checks. I asked why and they didn't want to tell me. Now they have my 30 euros and another 30 from the bet i won and they don't want to give it back. What can i do?

What country are you from? I think Justin was investigating similar complaints, some for much larger sums, for both Canbet and IASbet. Here's an example of a similar Canbet dispute: Canbet - The sportsbook you want to avoid

Fill out the SBR complaint form with all the relevant details. From the looks of the posts in that thread, above, though (see Justin's comments in Post 51 in that thread), it looks like you might have a hard time recovering your €30.

Welcome to this board.
Recently, I hear and read a lot about Canbet, and it is all very negative.
A sudden change of rules about a bonus, crappy Customer Service...

Edit: Canbet should have a F- rating, not a C+. They are thieves.
