There was some confusion briefly in the Texas/Texas Tech game tonight on bodog, it was the final game in an 8 team parlay I hit (I had texas which they had initially scored as the winner)
I wanted to take advantage and withdrew my winnings, which they debited right away, I then placed a small parlay.
When they resettled the bet, I now have a 640 dollar owed balance. I called and attempted to cancel both the parlay and the payout, and was told they wouldn't refund the bet. Plus there is a surcharge for the payout. I didn't do anything at that point.
My question is, I know I don't really deserve the payout, but now that the check is on the way, what recourse do they have to collect the owed balance?
I used a CC to initially purchase funds, but how can they collect the debt in the US? Will it affect my credit score?

Test1, if you decide to stiff then I sure hope it results in a negative affect on your credit score.

This is the thing it sounds like they processed you're payout immediatly it also sounds like that you plan to do a chargeback with you're cc company bad idea damn bodog will call and call until they get proof the have been paid I really don't understand how you could get paid have it processed and still have money left to place wagers.If you win chances are they will take the winnings to bring the account back to positive the. Give you the rest .But doing a chargeback is a bad idea you willhave about two months after the chargeback happens before they start calling the they won't stop until youpay.
