hello..

Im new in this forum, and my english not so wery good.

I have problem with bets4all.com. They not answer my mail and everytime time i call them, they gonna fix about my payout, but i not here anything.
I have 1700 euro there.

Next week, i gonna post a webadress here, so everybody
with same problem tell about the problem you have with bets4all com in this site.

to make the story short.. I have a friend in germany. he have wery good contact with one newspaper in austria, and they want to help us..

Ugh...good luck in getting your money from this scam operation....I heard that they very rarely make smaller payouts, but 1700€....not a chance imho....

And is it possible to take contact with my bank, and tell about problem with Betts4all, and can my bank take back the money i pay with my **** card?

Just to support what Champi said, here's their very poor rating (F - scam) and review on SBR: http://www.sportsbookreview.com/sbr/bets4all/

Do they still have LiveChat (the SBR review says they do)? If so, what do they say about your pending payout when you ask via Live Chat? How long have you been waiting?

If you deposited with a ****, you should be able to charge back the deposit. How much of the €1700 you're owed is the original deposit? For your **** charge back, you should get a screen shot of your balance at Bets4All to prove how much they owe you. That with the SBR rating should be enough to show why you're entitled to a chargeback.

Sorry, But i not search for betts4all.com, before i make this.

Today i call back to Betts4all.com, but answer i get was, Please call back tomorrow, because he say he not understand english so good..

And i call to my bank today, and they say they can not do anyting about my money.
Now i send mail to my bank and give them more info, so i can hope,

I pay in 500 euro to betts4all.com.

I send mail to betts4all today, with another mailadress, and then they answer in 10 minutes.

I understand this money 1700 euro is lost.

Why does your bank say they can't help you? Does **** in your country (?) have less protection than in other parts of the world? If they can charge back for you, you'll get €500 of the €1700, so have lost "only" €1200 and no doubt a lot of time. Sorry once again.

All these no-pay complaints are from 2007 and before. They don't reflect the situation in 2009.

According to the Austrian forum wettforum.info there has been a change of management in 2008 and all players' balances have been paid then.
During the last year, withdrawals have been processed regularly.
Now the same forum (who advertised bets4all in that time) reports that they have some problems with bets4all themselves. They do not reveal details about the kind of problems.

There are no reliable statements abouts b4a's current payment behaviour.

Thanks, lost. Good point. Those were the most recent complaints here. From your research on the Austrian betting forum, it sounds like the current position is just as bad, though, just that they improved for a while in 2008, right? In fact, if they're screwing their affiliates, it may even be worse?

I suppose it is still better than in 2007. The old stories were really horrible. Any dispute with an affiliate (the forum talks abouts broken promises) can't get near to those.

They have been paying in the past year. I have received a payment in August that took 4 weeks whereas previous withdrawals took 2 weeks. I don't know if things have become worse since then.

I still not get money from Bets4all.
I send mail everyday. They not answer, and when i call them, the man say he will forward the the mail to departement, but nothing happen.
And when i ask why they not answer mail, he say he dont know who check the mail.

have somebody here get money from them last weeks?

This is ,in brief ,my story with the www.bets4all.com " bookmaker". 1) At the end of 2010 (probably at September) I receive , by e-mail ,bonus offer from bets4all- "CL Champions League bonus-20% up to 50 euro". I deposite 250 euro (by my moneybookers account), get 50 euro-bonus and made bets during long time (most of them I win).At the same time I has read in a sportsbet forum about their low paying, and (when I has meet my bonus rollover requirements) I sent them e-mail and ask them : When can I get my money , if I make my withdrawal request today by Moneybookers? They answered very quickly by e-mail , and write that "Dear Nikolaj!

Yes, you fulfilled all our rollover requirements and can now request for a withdrawal.
If you make a withdrawal today, it will be on your Moneybookers account at latest on Wednesday.

and that "Could you please send us a copy of your passport (both sides) and your CC (both sides)? I has sent the attached copies and make the withdrawal request by Mooneybookers on sum 500EUR. It was 29 November 2010. This sum was minused from my bets4all betting account,but still not arrived onto my moneybookers account till now..... And they no answer on any my e-mails....
2) 11 January 2011 I made them my payout request on another 600EUR that was on my bets4all betting account by bank transfer ( because of at their own site is wroten- "bank transfer 3-5 days" . They quickly (!) answer me by e-mail that "Please fill out the payout form again with your IBAN and BIC code.
Otherwise we can't process the payout." During my consultations with my bank (SBERBANK) employeers (generally,my country, Russia- is not EU country and we have not IBAN codes during valute bank transfers,) they talk me how have I to fill out same forms. I fill out the form again and made payout request.They minused this sum (600 EUR) from my account , but this money still not arrived yet onto my bank account till today. I just don`t know what can I do with this, Is it ,after all, possible - to get payout from bets4all ??? Have I any chance to receive the money ? I will report about this case, how it to continue, from time to time.P.S. excuse me for my bad english
