Hello guys, i´m new at this forum! I am sad because i am here complaining for the same reason as you do...STRYYKE.

On 21th November I ordered a withdraw to my moneybookers acount from stryyke´s sportsbook of 715,31€ and until now( 2 months and 7 days later) i have not received my money yet!
Since I ordered the withdraw all the weeks i send a mail asking for the money or when would i receive it and the answer is every time the same:

I am starting to have afraid that they would not pay and i cant do nothing about it and worse, i will not see the money again.....

The news that i hear here are not the best so i wonder what should i do?
I saw someone talking about filling a complain to SBR but i dont know how i do that. Can anyone help me and advise me what to do??

stryyke paid me after 3 weeks or so, but this always was a very tired book with a horrible betting software.

Unfortunately I have the same problems with Stryyke. Waiting for my withdrawal of 342 Eur, but I can not even make validation procedure. Validation process is impossible to do on the site (after you upload your ID and press send buttons, nothing happens and it is impossible to make withdrawal request). I contacted them by e-mail and they asked to send the ID by e-mail). I did it and after this nothing happens. They do not answer my e-mails and the money is still in the Stryyke account.

I want back my money...

How can a sportsbook like stryyke still being open?That house of course dont have money to pay to their betting players and they promote bonus that they hope we (players) will loose it because if we win they will probably delay our withdrawal as long as it humanly possible!

Nearly 3 months and i have received all my money. I beleive i have only got my money because of my complaints to SBR and LGA and the help from JoshW. For everyone else that is owed money by stryyke don't give up email, phone them regularly.

Come on stryyke pay everyone else this you owe money too 3 months is a joke.

I made a sportsbook complaint today. I made a deposit yesterday by moneybookers but the money did not show up in my account. They finally answered my fourth mail and the money is now in the account. Lets see if the welcome bonus comes as well.

I haven't got my money from Stryyke. Date of withdrawal is 06.09.2009 so it's taken 5 months already...
I always get the same e-mail answer:

"Your payout is still in process, please be sure the money will be transferred to your bank account as soon as possible."

Sometimes it's Monika who answers, sometimes it's Sebastian or Florian and sometimes it's just "Stryyke Service Team"

I made a strykke withdrawal request on 18/10/09, and have received the same replies as many on this board. On Monday this week, Stryyke e mailed and asked for a copy of my phone bill - this sounded like progress so i scanned and sent one immediately. 3 days later I received confirmation that I had received payment in moneybookers for the full amount. Thanks Josh and Lou for your efforts, just posting to re-assure people that payments are being made - albeit slowly.

He said there was hope on getting some updates from stryyke,this week,so,all fingers crossed.
The only plus sign,i´we gotten from stryyke in 2,month, are that they have started sending me promo mails. 2 last week. (just a sign that they still alive i think, so, it´s better than all the silence).

My hopes are gone, but not all of it.

As long as i have some small hopes on getting my money,thank´s to SBR, i will sit and wait.

But, when/if, i give up, i promise all the Stryyke players in here, that i use much time and effort to ensure that Stryyke´s name get the punishment they deserve.
I´m quite famous on youtube, with more than 10,000 viewers pr day,and more that 15,000 viewers pr,day,on weekends. (for 6,month and counting over 2,million viewers,total.).

These guys are joke.
I do not remember - maybe I have already written this, but after a lot of not answered emails, they send me an email, that actually they DID reply me, but the problem was my spam filter which blocks all their emails. ))) And then they say their standart phrase - withdrawal will be processed in next 7 business days...)) Which never happens.
They would better write - withdrawal will be proccessed in 100-200 business days - in this case they would have had less work and less emails to answer )).
Waiting for my 346 Eur for a month. Still have not completed complaint report....

The administrator of SBR collect all payout requests which take too long at stryyke and it seems that it works well (check the search SBR stryyke) http://www.sportsbookreview.com/sbr/stryyke/

I have read in different forums that they are getting better in terms of payout.
If I can advise you, write to issue@stryyke.com which is their email dedicate only for payout delay and to joshW the admin of SBR who seems to have some good relationship with Stryyke
