Bodog live is the biggest scam to ever come down the pike, play it only if you truly hate money, you will lose 9/10 times you play it bc the odds are beyond terrible and the 10th time when u win they'll refund ur bet and tell u that line was exposed to past-posting

Take ur money and blow it in bodog scamsino instead if you truly hate money, its more fun and they'll give you 10% back when ur done and you can throw that back at em

I donīt think I have ever been (not even my first bet) been able to bet more than GBP 30 at the European Bodog site. The Bodog Asia site looks like the best of the "family".

Sorry to hear that you feel this way. If you want to PM me your account number and the reason why you think you were scammed, I will ask the head of Bodog.com CS to look into your account and provide the facts. Happy to post everything here in public (accept for your account number) if you'd like.

    Thanks,
    Becky

    Becky,

There have been numerous complaints about bets being cancelled due to "past posts". Bodog is picking and choosing who is purposely "past posting" and who is innocent based on results, not based on the time of the bet. If someone does very well (whether by luck or not) you seem to assume they were intentional past posts. If they lose, then it's obvious they aren't cheating, and therefore their bets are accepted. This approach is unacceptable.

You need to do 1 of 2 things. Either you make sure you take down lines early enough so there isn't any "past posting", or you leave the lines up longer and accept the bets as is. It's not fair for you to decide after the fact whether or not the bets should stand.

Please make good on the outstanding complaints, and start dealing your livebetting in a fair way.

I played Bodog Live for NFL and NCAAF in 2007 & 2008. Usually watching 10-13 games per week and betting on most kickoffs and punts, and almost nothing else. Some of the things Bodog did were frustrating, especially how they settled many of the wagers. However, because it is the easiest way to make on the internet (not just gambling, the entire internet), I wouldn't be too upset with a few grievences. I stopped playing before the superbowl last year, becuase between me and my friends, Bodog reduced 12 of our Bodog aaccounts down to $1 maximum wager (they originally allow you to bet $100 per wager). Enjoy the easy money while it lasts. Do the research on every punter and kicker. Only bet kickoffs and puts. Then you don't have to fret over a few poorly settled wagers. I would aim for $100 profit per game.

why bother. bodog is free rolling you for these bets.

i emailed them and it did nothing, doubt filing a complaint would do anything. out a thousand or so in winnings but what can you do.

i just stopped playing there as a result. their loss since i was a huge loser there.

Live betting is easy to beat on there....I love it.....The juice is nothing.......One $25 bet on a prop can swing the lins 50 points in one refresh......The site overall is a shithole, I have had 15 mistakes on live betting and all of them were marked losers in their favor and never once was I paid for a bet I lost....They obviously scam you as much as possible.....Its your own responsibility to have them corrected.....Youd be surprised how much they steal doing it....That's inside info by the way lol

Even so, isn't it profit that you are after? If you show a huge profit each week, do you really care that much if Bodog makes a few mistakes (or steals from you, as some put it)? I would rather that than make a very small profit and have all of the wagers graded properly.

bodog's line offerings can be shoved up sportsinteraction's POS a$$. I can't stand SIA's deposit methods and how long u have to wait to deposit if you want too.

Please PM me your account number and location so I can speak directly with the decision maker of the Bodog Brand licensee on which you are playing and ask them to look into your account and your complaint.

I will get the facts for you!

To set a few facts straight:

    1) Bodog.com cancels any wagers regardless of win/loss that they find to be past post.
    2) if any player thinks a wager of theirs was past post and not canceled or was graded unfairly as past post, they should contact customer service.

If you have trouble with CS, please PM me your account info and location so I can speak directly with the decision maker and get the facts for you...

    Thank you!

Over the past 3 years, I wouldn't be surprised if I have placed 10,000 wagers on BoDog live.

I have had approximately 50 winning wagers canceled and NEVER once did I have a losing wager canceled.

Also, I came to realize that I had to check each wager at the end of event because they consistently graded winning wagers as losers but never the other way around.

Even with all of the above, I still made a lot of money betting there and they wound up cutting my limits down by 90% (from $100 to $10) so its no longer worth my time to bet at BoDog live.

Wow - just found this thread.
I was screwing around with the live betting last week and figured I'd have a go at it on some 1$ bets and see how fast I could donk my money off.
I actually stopped after I had a couple of winning bets canceled (incidentally, no losing bets canceled). I ended up not losing as much as I was comfortable with - but was really ticked at the 'coincidence' that only winning bets were being canceled.
Naturally, I am not going to live bet again nor put any more money into bodog after that incident - it just makes you feel abused as a bettor... and there's better places to get your money.

I still hold to the fact that you can make alot of money on Bodog until they cut your limts down to $1. However, BodogBecky is being untruthful when she says Bodog cancels past posts win or lose. Between my three sportsbetting buddies and I we have had hundreds of wagers settled 'past post'. 100% of them were where we had won. A total of 0 were where we had lost.

If I contact CS what are they gonna do Becky?

Oh hold on a minute let me talk to my manager, he told me that line was exposed to past posting but dont worry the risk amount of your winning bet has been refunded

But it wasn't Im watchin the game right now you simply cancelled a legitimate winning wager and stole my winnings

Sorry my manager says that line was exposed to past posting

So basically if alot of ppl bet on a line bc you guys gave good odds on something and it wins youll cancel it and say it was exposed to past posting if it loses however the bet stands

    Correct

Oh ok thanks for the help

No prob thanks for calling Bodog CS

When I used to do Bodog live betting (before they limited winning players to $1 max wagers), I talked to CS often. I gave up calling because they never changed and I didn't want to bring more attention to my winning account. Don't get me wrong, Bodog Live is a great idea, and I made alot of money on it. But one of their problems is they kick out the winning players, and they piss off the losing players, so they lose alot of clients. I would come back in a second if they would let me wager more than $1 per play. That is a waste of time.

Wow, I'm surprised to see this thread still alive and going.

Also, I came to realize that I had to check each wager at the end of event because they consistently graded winning wagers as losers but never the other way around.
Same here. Over the course of 2008, I had to email them roughly 10 different times to properly resettle bets. They did always resettle it and pay me after the email, but I found it to be quite ridiculous that I should have to email them to properly settle a bet. Yet never once was I ever improperly paid for a bet that should have been settled as a loss.

And Becky's claim about past-post wagers being declared as past-post win or lose is a load of BS (or at least it was back in 2008). Just like the other people posting here, I never once had a losing bet settled as a past-post and my money returned. Yet on 10 or more occasions, I had winning bets settled this way.

I'm amused and disturbed all at the same time to see that this is common practice and not just against me.
