    So after a month of waiting, agonizing and bugging live support, I finally received a wire for the full balance today. I didn't get an email from Mansion88 letting me know that the withdrawal have been processed. In fact I was talking with them just yesterday night and was told my account was still waiting for management's approval to process the withdrawal.

    Today, I got a call from my bank asking me if it's ok to convert the US funds in my wire to CAD dollars. Only then it struck me that this was the funds from Mansion88. It is a relieve to say the least and I hope that for the others who are still waiting, get their payout soon.

    Conquer, I think you will get your money. The process is slow, but like others before me (herald and NOYB), we all got our money eventually. I know it's really hard not to worry about it, but try to take it easy for a week or two. Stressing about it won't help speed things up at all.

    Unfortunately, Mansion88's live support staff really don't have much power or influence on speeding up your withdrawal request. They act solely as a communicator between the payout team and management and relay the status of withdrawal request to you. They will tell you that they have escalated your problem to the upper management and ask you to check back within a week or two. Also, it doesn't matter if live support staff tells you your withdrawal will be process in a week or two. If your account needs verification from management, live chat doesn't know when verification will take place. They are just telling you this to buy them some more time.

    Having said that, we can't put all the blame on the live support staff as they are just doing their job. It's not their fault for the delay in withdrawal and they always receive the blunt of harsh words from unhappy customers. So even though you are frustrated at Mansion88, try to be polite and thank them at the end of the chat for their help. They are just doing their job and some of them really do feel sympathetic and try to help.

    i don't entirely agree. it's obvious the Mansion88 live support has no power whatsoever with regards to getting things done, but almost everyone of them also never made any effort. they are very bad at actually reading what you have to say (they: sir, to check your transaction nr. login to your account, me: I told you 10 times already my account is disabled!), they promise to reply to e-mails and give you updates which they never ever do, they give you deadlines (next week, next month) which they obiously pull out of their ass, and most of the times I very much suspected they never even contacted the finance team at all, and just put me on hold for up to half an hour just to come up with another generic bullshit story. Also, they are very good at asking for copies of ID over and over and over again, for me they must have about 18 copies on file by now.

    in the end one livechat representative really made an effort, apparently actually contacted the right people in my case, gave me an opportunity to check back with him/her personally, and got something done in just a matter of days. i got lucky I ran into him/her, some of the others I'm sure would now have still been giving me bs stories about how they apologize for the inconvenience, but .... bla bla bla, and not getting me paid.

    read his post. he said 18th of august, over two months ago. what does it matter which currency? mansion88 closes accounts at random, then for no obvious reason is endlesly delaying paying out funds that are not theirs. anybody could be next.

    ofcourse it's not normal, but it's the exact same thing that happened to all of us. none of us did anything wrong, and all of us have to wait weeks and weeks. they simply don't care.
    i don't want to go on some crusade against mansion here, but the users who are somehow "selected" to have their account closed, are completely random, and the person reading this exact thread could be next tomorrow.

    I am still waiting my withdraw (more than 2 month). They always say - we still need to verify your account with our relevant department. Nothing more. It is similar to Pointbet till the moment of their disappearance.
