I am a faithful player and supporter of mansion88 for many years.but inconceivablly,as the problem Harald encountered,they closed my account without any reason on 2nd September.i remember the balence in my account woailvyun is 93000 RMB.every time contact to the coustomer service,the replies are the same"ur account has been verifying, please wait for the information patiently".asked when it will be finished,they never give me an exact time.ohhhhh,i am crazy.now more than half a month has passed ,there is still no solution.i really don't know what they want to do,why it takes so long time to verify an account.is it true of them to verify my account?though there are so many doubts i have raised,i still trust mansion88.i hope mansion88 will pay my money as soon as possible.

i have never gone against their terms and conditions.i have done nothing but bet rightfully.if what i do harms them or disobey their terms and conditions,they can tell me immediately.but now they closed my account without any reason.asked what reason,the customer service don't know but tell me to wait for the result of their verification and examination of my account.

Other Mansion88 players have had the same issue. Accounts were closed for no reason. Other players have been paid or received partial payment, so it will likely work itself out.

i can understand they verify my account and it takes time to do such thing.but they should give me an exact time when it will be finished.it is incomprehensible of their behavior.

Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do but wait and bug them every couple days for updates. I am waiting for a month now for my payout and am learning to try to be patient because I was going nuts worrying about it.

As mentioned I had the same problem.They do not answer mails when you do not have an account etc.The positive side is that they mostly have payed,but they let you wait......On the other hand they cannot get too much bad publicity for this behaviour.Before they payed me they suddenly answered to mails and when the payment came it came fast thought they had to pay in rates of 10000USD.But the verifying process is just one big lie!This is the asian bookie that you should stay away from!

i have also used m88 and always thought it was a great establishment until recently when my partner wished to withdraw. it took nearly 2 weeks via neteller with endless id checks which actually was not necessary - just seemed they did not have funds and tried to delay. a bit disappointing really. hope they will sort out withdrawal issues.

waiting three days is nothing special, i've waited little over a week when my account was still open. only if you're payout is still not processed this day next week i'd start worrying.

They have done exactly the same with me - ie: requesting ID even though I had already sent it (twice) then when I told a rep in live chat they already had my ID they said they would process my withdrawal immediately - which of course they didn't.
They just seem to be using as many delaying tactics as possible to avoid processing withdrawals atm.
Fortunately my balance is only £200, much lower than some people on here but I am still quite worried.

What I have read here about Mansion (excluding some advertising, please be aware almost every scammer bookie has it's soldiers on such forums as SBR, it's hard to point fingers but whenever I see some porno pic on sport forum...) I am telling you guys with confidence: MANSION IS SCAM , they are in the same position as BWIN and BET365, the times are tough and they lose money, scamming players like me and you is their only way to raise enough cash to operate their businesses and pay all this cheapo ads like sponsoring sport teams and other events. Close your accounts now, before it's not too late and never pay attention when some poster defends or advertises casino or a bookie.
I also have account with a sport book and casino, you will never hear from me their name.
