    Is it just me or is this pretty useless customer service????

    I used to like betphoenix...but they suck now IMO. I had horrible customer service experience and they were running special promotion where players can email them the bonus we wish to get in the other forum. And if they can not offer the bonus the players wants, then they supposed to email customers back we what they think is comaprable bonus offer. So I emailed the offer to betphoenix and no reply back. Other memebers at the other forum had same issue so Richard from betpheonix ask to send the offer to him directly again. So I sent him the offer and no reply again.
