I have been amazingly surprised in the customer service, ease of use of site, number of bets available, and lines available. Their software is one of the simplest yet best platforms I have used, they offer everything that I would want, have -107 juice, I am very very happy with Heritage so far.

Just am FYI for anyone considering giving them a shot...

I have been saying this for years. They are the only book I use. I cannot find any book out there that has treated me the way they do. It is unbelievable how I am treated there and their CS is second to none.

I had a really good experience at Heritage as well. I have had 100% positive experiences at Heritage, Jazz, Blackdog/RebateWager, and BetJam/Greek. All have went above and beyond with no runaround.

I wish I could say the same about Bookmaker and Sportbet. Bookmaker has called me offering bonuses and promotions then after I make the deposit, they say no such promotion exists. That has happened twice -- it isn't that I'm not eligible, it is their Sales department is on a different page than the CS department. Sportbet gave me the runaround for a referral and withdrawal for a while -- I ended up giving up on the referral, and finally got my money out, vowing never to return.

PIMIKE just send them an email and say you were supposed to be on -107 lineset and they will make the adjustment, it literally was fixed in under 10 minutes... I was line shopping, hit a line, and then all of a sudden it said -107. If you took the bailout promotion, it included -107. Have you noticed their "leverage options" button? Some books have this feature, but they have incorporated this right into the software, its amazing, it pulls all your open bets, and tells you whats the most you can leverage with that play. I know people are going to say its similar "win if" but you have to do that all at once, this way you can see how a game is going and then use it if you want. They also allow unlimited time on "open parlays" which is UNHEARD of in my experience. Every other place wants it done by the end of the week. They also have this feature for teasers.... I dont think I will ever play at another book again honestly, besides Matchy...

I just started using them. Nothing bad to say. They even handled a bonus issue very fairly without much more than a 30s disagreement. Something that I wold have had to use SBR for if they had been Bookmaker level support.

I just got off live chat. I apparently had a different package. I got -108, yet my parlays payout are higher than those who got -107. Also I got 30% cash bonus where those with -107 recieved a biger bonus.

how does this place select their player?? I didn't know this place was invitation only so I went their site to join. I had to call them after I fill out all information to find out thay I can not open my account because they didn't invite me and I don't have any friend who play @ the Heritage. So I just pretty much give them my informations for nothing.

Got the boot a year or two ago. Loved the out and miss it. You guys must be sqares for them to be kissin your ass. Seemed like they only moved on action so you could hit a stale number.

I have read many of responses in this forum discussing Heritage Sports. The last couple of years I have been using Bodog and Sportsbook.com. I've decided it's time to switch to a better book.

Based on all the good reviews it has gotten, I have decided to sign up for Heritage. Would someone kindly message me with referral that I could use to sign up? I don't want to have any problems signing up and I've read that they require referrals.

I did the same thing. I switched to -108 straights, but get +280 on two team pars--a decent trade for my style of betting.
