you do know the cash-back offer was only valid for funds that were uploaded from your bank account to your moneybookers-account prior to depositing?

Oh. Well, that sucks then. I didn't do any uploads. I thought it was for any transfers done.

Ive not received my 1% bonus from them or had a reply from 2 emails ive sent asking when im going to get it. I sent the email requesting the 1% bonus and got one back saying i was accepted for the 1% bonus. Ive transfered funds via Bank transfer and onto the books but even though it said in the terms and conditions you will receive your bonus at the start of Sept ive still not had it.

Maybe it was a scam to get funds into there account and then the fee from the bookies.

Yes I have received the cash-back. It's calculated on all uploads and transfers during the month. It's not a scam

Yep, I got excited when I first read the promo ... then I noticed this part.

Moneybookers are quite stupid .. they have a lot of clients, and particularly VIP clients, who have an "offshore bankroll" that they use for gambling. Once someone has enough money in the "system" (the system of online sportsbooks + Moneybookers), they don't have any need to fund their Moneybookers accounts with any "new" money.

I think all they did with this promotion, by making it contingent on uploading "new" money, was piss off a lot of people, including Peep, myself, and others.

what they actually did was very very clever. they made people deposit/withdraw from most of the bookies, pokersites, casinos and made the companies pay the fees without ever having to pay anything to their customers because of this promotion.

I don't really get the complaints. Why the hell would it not only be on new money? It would be insane to give this on transfers from books.

I'm not sure you get what's going on here.

Moneybookers makes their money when you transfer funds from your Moneybookers account to the merchant (sportsbook, poker room, casino, etc.).

Moneybookers does NOT make any money when you transfer "new" funds from your bank account to your Moneybookers account.

So why should Moneybookers care whether you transfer funds to a merchant using (1) funds that are already in your Moneybookers account, (2) funds that you have recently transferred to your Moneybookers account via wire, or (3) funds you have recently transferred to your Moneybookers account via withdrawals from merchants ?

I guess they're trying to get people to send new money into the "system", but it's pissing off a lot of people who already have an ample amount of money in the "system", and don't need to make any new wire transfers to get funds into Moneybookers.

I guess most people did not read the terms of the offer. I, for example, made 2 withdrawals/deposit which were not really necessary before I read the whole offer

I uploaded money from my bank account and then transferred it but I didn't get the 1% but about half of that. Pissed off. I know they don't answer emails. I will go back to Neteller. Can not be bothered chasing them for what they promised

Was this promotion maybe the cause of the pay out problems Betfair had a few weeks ago?
Loads of clowns moving money all over the place.

good idea, but I don´t think so

I guess nobody really read or understand the terms and conditions of this MB cashback promotion.

I think its a bit stupid to withdraw 2000 Euro on 10. August and deposit again on 17. August and this counts for the cashback, all other transfers doesn´t count.

I just got the rest of the promotion paid into my account. I didn't contact them to enquire about it either. They must have realised their error

I remember a 1% promotion they did a few months back which was also on the 12Bet website but that was only for new Moneybookers customers. This promotion is now finished but they still have it on the 12Bet website.

Ive still not received my promotion money from them or had a reply to my 2 emails i sent to the VIP section. Bad customer service.

Now, after more than one month waiting and 3 times asking by email and no answers it seems for real that these fuc... cheaters from Moneybookers don't want to pay me out with their own promotion! Is anyone else here with the same problem?
