Smile Rude and disrespect service from Bet365

    case closed.

Bet365 is not so bad after all.
They reviewed my case, apologized and offered me a bonus as a gesture of goodwill.

Huh? Looks to me like they misgraded a bet, found the misgrade, fixed the error.

So what are you complaining about?

Bet 365 is a joke.. I hit them hard on euro hockey and tourn de france ..... they offered me bonus's.... I accepted..... they then accuse me of being a bonus abuser...... because I accepted their offers...... I finally did get all my money out but they made it difficult... now I'm only allowed to play poker there.

I can't see where were they rude with you....Imho you were a little disrespectful with their support.

About the story....you placed a bet, it lost - bet365 graded it as a winner.
After bet365 realised this, they corrected their mistake.
They didn't steal your money, they took back the ammount which you were using - but wasn't yours.

It's a little strange for me that they covered the - from your poker account, but as you were using their money, this was an acceptable move imho.

Yes, they made an error. All bookies make grading errors sometimes, and if this happens, it's very advised to not to touch the money...if I realise a misgrading (even if it means grading a lost bet as winner), I instantly contact the support, and tell them about the problem....and it happened many times, that the bookie gave me free bet, or let me keep the winnings (!) as I was honest with them.

I cannot agree with your complaint, in this case, imho bet365 wasn't rude, and didn't commit any (major) questionable move....

Like fixxer noted, where's the rude part? Or disrespectful part for that matter? Seems to me they were quite patient with you.

Books make errors, that comes with the territory. I gave up on 365 eons ago, as they have no value at all in the life of anybody looking to make a decent living in this field, but the reasoning for your complaint here is a tad over the top to say the least.

Actually they are good for small stake bettors....I bet with them for years with relatively small stakes (usually 10-70€) with a small positive balance, and I haven't got limited....(I use the casino and poker too)

I know if somebody bets big stakes with them, or wins a lot, Bet365 will become Bet3.65 for them, still...

I never had any bad experience with them - not the smallest....they have large variety of bet types and events (european sports), relatively good odds, fast moneybookers outpayment, they never limited me, they often offer good bonuses....so they are a good bookmaker for me.

I don't like the book either, but I don't see anything wrong with their handling of your issue.
