I placed a past post wager unknowingly and i called them immediately when i saw it was past post .they refused to cancel the wager because they looked at the scoreboard and they were winning the game.they looked at the scoreboard when i called to tell them it was past post.i was trying to be fair and follow their policy of past post wagers are no action but they cheated me out of 2700.do not use this book,they are unfair and change posted rules when it benefits them and their operators are rude and dont speak well.
i made a mistake in judgment i apologize to 5dimes.i past posted on the tigers/royals series and shouldnt have.noone should because past posting is not right.5 dimes is a great book.i retract my previos statement

I unknowingly bet a game there that was about 10 minutes past post and they refused to cancel it also. It did end up winning.

This is sound advice. If everything is on the up and up, then I'm quite sure that SBR will be able to assist, especially considering it's a sound book like 5Dimes and not one of the many scumbag operations fronting as sportsbooks.

About 2 or 3 years ago, I bet one of Tarheels basketball game to go over in the 1st half. I confirmed my bet when I placed it and I even re-checked it after 10 minutes past and my wager said I have over for 1st half. After 1st half is done, I log into my account to find my wager mistrisouly got changed to under and I lost. I talked to Tony and nothing was done about it. Their customer service reps were kep on telling me that there was no way for anyone in their company to change the bet once bet is confirmed by customers. it was only for $500 so didn't really care too much since I was winning a lot of money at that time. But this incident made me withdraw all the money I had in my account which took couple of days to finish requesting it.

It's good you posted in the forum to expose the problem but you will quickly learn that the poster's here are here for there enjoyment and will not believe you. File a complaint with SBR and you may get a better outcome.
