$1000 Reward offered for putting scam site BOOKTHEBET out of business
[COLOR=#000000! important]I am offering a $1000 reward to anyone who can extract the money I am owed from BookTheBet or is responsible for putting them out of business. They have owed me $4900 since March and have come up with every excuse and lie not to pay me. How can they still be in business? Anyway, contact me for a detailed email log or any other information. I am also looking for any agency in Costa Rica or the USA who regulates these thieves. I am offering this reward and am 100% serious. Thank you

Mfins...if you happen to get any info on any agency in Costa Rica that can help you get paid or even put this place out of business, please share that info with me. I had a similar experience with another Costa Rica book, the corrupt SPORTBET a few months back, and I would love to do my part in preventing this from happening to other players

Have you tried filling out an SBR complaint form? I would start there. They will review your case first to see if you are in fact entitled to the money.
With an F rating, your chances of recovery are long at best.

Thanks- I did fill out a complaint form with SBR. Also, I would love to find this guy George in Costa Rica. Anyone with information. I know there are a lot of Americans down in San Jose but there can not be all that many. Anyway, the book in Costa Rica that stiffed you are they still in business? This is what p's me off the most. BookTheBet is still in business.

I am suing this man personally, I would like any ones input as to how much everyone was entitled to. I am going before the judge on a civil case. Documents were filed yesterday in Dupage County IL. You can email me personally this will be confidential on line and will not name names in court. Unless anyone wants to appear in front of the judge with me then you will be then on my side as well known as the plaintiff.
He does have a lawyer who contacted my lawyer but hasn't made any further negotiations as to resolve this issue. Hence why I am going to civil court.

Going into court and telling the judge "The dude owes me money from gambling offshore" will definitely score you points..lol Also tell him how you fund your account...that will improve your creditability.

My debt is not a gambling debt. This was a business deal..... I have a contract between me and him. I wrote him a check personally for 10K. i was going to be his accountant. And believe me, if I had control of the money, you would have gotten paid. however I didnt know at the time it was gambling on line. If I moved money in the US for his business I would go to the fed pen for 2 years. I have kids and grandkids. I wasnt' going to loose what I have.

As soon as I found out I wanted out and wanted my money back... honey it's been 1 year. I have a great job and accrued time off. I now have ample time to go take time off and spend it in court.

he is a gambler, drugs booze, not his choice of things. But hey I know he has assets, come on I hired a private detective, inquired the county clerks office on the address on which he lives. Yes, he has assets in which I can go after. He has a kid in HS and a kid in college, 3 cars divorced and I have more on him. What you don't think I can get this man?

Well hopefully someone will explain to you how much you're going to puke away in legal fees, private investigator fees, and court costs to chase the impossible. $10k will be small after everything is added up...but hey...you've got plenty of time and money..lol

Dealing with the legal system and court cases is like walking into a minefield, you just never know. To assume you're going to win is a risky strategy. Also, if the dude has nothing.....0 divided by whatever you've spent/lost is still zero. Best of luck.
