WTF is bwins MLB-rules for pitcher-change?

it was a game today houston-phillies bet early(20hours before start) -175 bwin, checked stats and decide take it back at pinny +174 2hours before the game it was a pitcherchange(I was sleeping)

pinny off course was cancelling because of the pitcher-change(nothing strange)

but Bwin took it as a loss , A friend of mine wrote to bwin about what happened with pitcher-change with my bets amonth ago. This is because they have no pitchers

and they support was telling to their special-rules 9. The games be canceelled to this rules she was told.

All Bwin MLB bets like many Europeann sites are all ACTION bets - they never list pitchers ...

Rule 9 does not apply to pitching changes. You've got action.

Imho a bookmaker always highlights the name of starting pitchers, when it's an "listed pitchers" , or "you can choose between action/listed pitchers/one pitcher must start" bet.

When no pitchers are highlighted under the event, it's an "action" bet....(Gamebookers/Party bets are a good example for this...)

Also, bwin's baseball rules nowhere mentions "pitcher", so this means that the fact that there was a pitcher change, have no influence on the bet placed on the event....

(mentioning the rule 9 from the support was clearly an error tho, has nothing to do with the pitcher thing)

This BWIN are crazy, their terms&conditions are real shit, they use it against the winning players, good that EU Commission ruled today against BWIN because EU Court of Justice are no fools, they understand that offshore betting involves unregulated tax free environment for online betting companies to cheat players at any moment and upon sole wish of a betting company. To play with BWIN is to play one way only - to lose, because they have all this tricks against winners like you to cancel your bets. I am very sorry you lost buddy, but it seems all you can do at this time, is to close account with BWIN. I don't see how you alone can fight this offshore bookie.
