Have you checked any descriptions they have about bonuses?

Quite a few books will not offer a bonus to players on the plus side.

Dude, they've always been a recreational book. Regardless, I don't know any book, recreational or professional, that gives out reload bonuses if your lifetime withdrawals exceed your deposits. When they start lowering your wagering limits is when you know they've marked your account.

This is pretty much the case in a lot of places. If they gave reload bonuses on deposits even if you've withdrawn a lot, then everyone would just keep withdrawling and reloading again. Granted, it hurts them from getting a re-deposit but they also don't want bonus whoring.

There are a lot of players who are on the plus side who are not professionals. This is not a new policy with them as they have had this rule for years. But you are correct, just not for this reason that they don't like professionals. However when they feel you are a professional, they will cut your limits really low or just tell you they don't want you to play there.

Ive been playing there since last NFL season, this was the first I've ever asked for a bonus. The only time I withdraw is when I reached teh withdrawal limit which is 3k, so I dont pay the riduclous fee on a small amount.

This is the first time, they've given me a problem, besides stalling for withdrawals.

Most books will make you lose back all the winnings before they give you a bonus , thats why once you are up in a book just go to another one and redeposit very few books offer reload bonuses ( on their own money )

If Pro bettor means making money off of them, they are all against that.

Zero sum game. If you win, they lose. It is not poker or a betting exchange. 5 Dimes lets me play there, but hasn't bonused me in years, and I really don't expect them too. As one bookie put it to me when I asked for a bonus "you put a gun to our head and want us to supply the bullets too"?

5dimes gives everyone these problems.Their bonus programs are confusing as hell and when you do get a chance to get a bonus youre not eligible because of some stupid ass reason.Just keep hitting them with winning parlays they wont keep you their long.Im not big on the bonus anyways because it gives them leverage not to pay you stick with youre money and you will be fine.Or just transfer to Bookmaker

You're ahead overall and you're upset they won't give you a bonus on a reload deposit after you've previously withdrawn your winnings?

    Is this a serious post?

The customer service at 5 Dimes is among the worst in the industry (anyone who has ever spoken to Tony can attest to it). However, 5 Dimes would have to be insane to give you a reload bonus based on the information you have presented in this thread.

    Disguise is part of betting.

I've offered a book, after showing them a long term winning record (not at the book), that I would gladly lose at their place as long as they kept the juicy bonuses coming. They love hearing that. Everybody wins.

Dark Horse, if you can guarantee you will lose at a book while collecting bonuses, you don't even need the bonuses, you already know the outcome to events you will get rich rather quick.

What are you saying? That this can't be done, or that, if it can be done, the free money is not welcome?

Being able to say 100% that you will lose money at this book (while winning money overall) means you know the outcome of events, and if you know that, you don't need to bother with bonuses.

I think JoshW means if you know you are going to lose, then you know the outcome of the event and therefore can always fade your picks and win... However, in DH's defense I will say, I can get a bonus which would increase my overall bet size, combine the bankroll at the bonus "out" with another out, funnel my higher risk bets through the bonus out; reducing the balance to zero at the bonus out and still be profitable in the end. It all depends on how you bet and your method of money management. As we all know, there are so many different ways to lose your money and many ways to win.

While I agree that 5Dimes is a recreational book, I disagree with the basis for this conclusion from the OP. 5D will eventually delay, limit and show you the door, but to complain that they do not give bonuses when one has a positive balance at their joint seems a tad excessive in my opinion.

The accumulation of outcomes with a high probability is something very different than 'knowing the outcome of events'. Play around with the streak calculator and/or develop stronger angles.
