Default BS charges (from either BetUS or 2BetDSI)

When I deposit $50, BetUS usually makes it like 49.97 or something, which I understand, however.... looking at my statement afterward, they also always include another charge for like $1.20 or so, never more than $3. I believe 2BetDSI does this also, but am sure that betus does. What is up with this charge? Is it a service charge for processing or something?

I know someone else out there gets these.

Yes, I know, Betus sucks, whatever, thats not the point of this post, at least for reasons other than what I said in the first paragraph.

Your bank charging you international transaction fee's. Generally if you ask nicely, a book may reimbuirse your fee's case by case...

My bank charges me $10 for each int'l transaction that I do...That seems pretty high...right?

Various banks charge various fee's. It all depends on the amounts you are depositing and what you've agreed to as far as "Cash Advance" fee's with your CC. Take note however, IF you are using your "****/Debit" card, you should not incur these fee's as a bank cannot charge you a cash advance fee on funds already in your checking account.

Books are reluctant to reimburse fees of that nature because of the fact that you re bank determines the fees not the books.I have had problems with Betus in the past where their processer was stupid enough to post the charges to my account as gambling they were charged back by the bank and now they call me wanting to repurchase. Try using a CC instead of youre DC or even start using ** because those international fees are on a sliding scale.5Dimes has these disclaimers at the bottom of the page saying that they are not responsible for the charges. So just let it ride .But I wouldent be at the crooked book.

I did say that some books will be nice enough to reimbuirse your fee's. Not all... It all varies on how much action you take with them, are you a $20.00 depositor or a heavy hitter on their site etc.. it never hurts to ask..
