I register there last week with the great bonus and good line. but the last week end the website running really slow and then since yesterday no website at all.... The owner is mong ha media, i think they are registered in Costa Rica (but im not sure 100%) and the relation guys on press release is S. Casteel.

I recieved this email from them a few days ago when I enquired how I went about making a withdrawal when the banking section of there site wasn't working.
The site then went offline shortly afterwards.I am hoping it comes back soon though as I have a substantial balance with them.

That module was one of the ones we disabled as we made the conversion. I should be up in a day or 2. In the meantime you can just submit the request through the chat service or with an e-mail. By the end of next weekend we hope to have the rest of the banking reactivated, which includes the deposit page, withdrawal, page, my accounts page, account history and comp points / coupon page.

yes i talk a lot with the customer services, they were very good and very polish. They told me also they are working on the website too, thats why it was soooo slow. i wrote to customer services and even to the guy in charge of relation and no answer since that... i even ask to betbrain (the website i see the adds of vivamacau) and they have no answer too. Do you remember if they were registred in Costa Rica ?

yes Roly they are registered in Costa Rica and they are also a member of the Kahnawake gaming Commission where you can complain about them - I already have.

Ben from the customer services just reply to my email... he told me that my cash is in my account adn they are working on the website.... they have too much trouble last week end so they decide to turn it off and work on it.... he hope the website coming back in the morning.... cross my fingers

Ahh...quit freaking out. They are a new book. I talked with these guys...they are cool...just give them a couple days to get the site back up. I made a killing this weekend and they paid me out in like 24 hours. I think they just were not expecting the response they got. They told me they are working on increasing the bandwidth and adding in some additional modules to get ready for the next weekend. We are all good...

Did you know you can request a withdrawal via their live chat you don't have to wait till the sites back online.
Just asked to withdraw full balance and was told I should recieve it in 24 hrs.

yes in fact i wrote an email few days earlier to ask a withdraw and they reply me today and ask for my email adress to send me my money... It's a very good sign, i think we gonna get back our cash. I hope we will still have the good odds like before when they will reopen the website, i see so many difference between their odds and other website the advantage was enormous.

I think when the site returns their odds might update a little faster, but I hope not.
I did not really want to ask for a withdrawal yet as I had to forfiet my bonus but I needed the money and couldn't wait any longer for site to re-open.

im not sure if i will withdraw cause i have to clear my bonus too.... i ask them if my bonus should not be clear because i lose my initial deposit and bonus and the cash in the account come frome my second and third deposit.... waiting for an answer from them
