I get a popup window asking me to enter username and password, but when I enter those I get an error message. I realize I should ask their CS, but just want to know if others have the same problem. I've never seen this type of login system with a sportsbook.

That's a weird generic log in box. We'll ask them what the deal is.

My guess is it was and external log in they put in place to thwart the recent denial of service attacks.

This appears to be their standard sign in process. I inquired about it and they assured me that nothing was out of the ordinary, and I was able to sign in on both firefox and internet explorer through the popup window with my account # and the password I entered without any trouble.

If your acct# and password aren't working, giving them a call or shooting customer service an email to see what the deal is is probably your next best bet.

Yes.. that is their form of log in... I found it odd myself a year or so ago, but that is it..
