Blocked account with 80000 EUR on Expekt.com

I have a problem with the above website, www.expekt.com. Two weeks ago, I have placed a deposit on their website and used it in the Live Casino, on the Roulette(but only on Live Casino). This resulted in a winning of approximately 80000 EUR. Obviously, I have tried to withdraw that amount and here is where the problem started. I haven't received any email from them regarding the withdrawal, and today I had the surprise that my account was blocked with no reason and with no notice. I had already tried to talk to them regarding this matter and all they are saying(in the live chat) is that I have to wait for them to perform a security check. The problem is that they don't give me a timeline for resolving this verification or any other details. Another thing is that this is not the first time I withdraw money from them and they never had to perform any security checks. The only difference is that this time it is a large amount of money and I feel a little hijacked. I have already provided them all the identification documents(CC, driving license, my ID card, bank account statements) but still no answer. All I get is that I have to wait. More than this, one of their Live Chat agents told me this is the first time this is happening so this is another reason I am feeling hijacked. I hope that you can help me resolving this issue. I am desperate, as there is a large amount of money and 100% legit.
I have also filled the complaint on SBR but haven't received any e-mail so far.
Thanks in advance for your help!

Just wait, it's normal for a big winner to get thoroughly checked out.

I hope you didn't sign up through an affiliate. If you did, expect them to accuse you of affiliate fraud, and not pay you.

Really, this is how a B- book operates? If so, why is it still rated this highly?

Luckily, I haven't signed up by an affiliate.
I am actually and old client at Expekt.com, and had past withdrawals with amounts of at least 10000 EUR, but never had any problems!
This time, I don't know what happened! I am afraid that they won't give me my money back or that it will pass weeks before they will!
Do you have any advices on this, what should I do about it?
    Thanks to all!

PS: I don't know if SBR received my claim about this

The money is big, and expekt needs it.
The same goes to all mangas bookmakers, Bet-At-Home and Betclic.

What was your deposit. I think they want to check if you maybe cheat somehow. Its very big money to be won in casino.

    Hi!
Yes, as much as incredible it looks, those money were made only on Live Roulette! Actually, my whole Expekt accounts history is based only on Live Roulette!

@SBR: thanks for helping me with Expekt!

I guess expekt suspects money dumping from "bad" accounts to "good" account via live roulette.

I really don't know how I could have done that in live casino ... I don't have any concerns, they can verify what they want, the money are clean, but it already passed 2 weeks and still nothing from them ...

Expekt, is using the same platform for live casino, together with 15-16 other bookmakers/casinos. This platform is based in Latvia.
Some clever guys know how to take advantage of this platform and make huge easy money.
It seems that someone spoke to Expekt and i suppose that they are now checking for combined bets in live roulette.
This thing would never happen 3-4 years ago, but now all these bookmakers are bleeding to death, so they check and double check.
Not to mention that Expekt, together with the other 2 bookmakers of mangas company are not reliable at all. If you search to forums you will see that there are many cases of ''no reason confiscation''. Unfortunately, these companies are regulated in Malta. If they were in Gibraltar, they would pay even the last cent with interest.

Red, Black, Zero -- you'll take a loss transferring funds but maybe books pay less attention to this than betting both ways on sports etc.

Money laundering, bonus schemes and inside job are the only live roulette scams I can think of.Please tell me, how to transfer from "bad accounts to good account via live roulette"?

filipinho it is what expekt suspects not what OP or anyone else did, and I guess you are not stupid enough to expect to find how to scam casinos in open forum? (and I don`t know if it is possible)

Lots of things people could be doing -- bonus rollover is one as you identify. Deposit into accounts at 2 places on same network then win on one, charge back the loser is another (and doesn't matter which one wins in that instance).

If you think they are the worst sportsbook around than you obviously have very little experience with sports betting. I wish they were the worst 'cause than we could feel pretty safe betting with any other bookie. Casino, live roulette and poker i wouldn't comment on 'cause i have no experience with such things but as a sportbook they are solid if you don't mind getting limited (but UK bookies are much worse when when we're talking limits) and they do pay.
