    Hi!
I have contacted a lawyer and hope that he will resolve this quicker than the Gibraltar Commissioner

I had that thought in mind, but when I have told them, they said I will travel for nothing, because they don't speak with me directly and they will not take any measure just because I go there in person!

"I don't know a way on transmitting money to another user or something like this"

I am sure, that ANYBODY who stakes 1000-s of $-s, are aware how to transfer money to another account.
I don't say that he does it (especially as this is a violation of T&C at all bookies), but knows it for sure, as this is not a rocket science for live roulette.

And somebody who claims, that he has no idea what this accusation is, smells fishy for me...(not to mention the name "coincidence")

If I am wrong, and you didn't cheat at all, best of luck in getting back your winnings.

Hello Stefan ... I must assure you that I have never used a roulette computer or anything related to this, I only gambled my luck.

Related again to my case, at this point, Expekt is still refusing to pay me the money and furthermore they do not disclose any term or condition I have breached. They only copy paste me their page of terms and conditions every time. When you are aware that your client breached a rule you must tell him or explain exactly what he did wrong. They had 9 months to do this have they failed every time. The other problem is that the Gibraltar Commissioner are holding their back because they are just moving me from one to another when I ask who exaclty is resonsible for withholding my money.
In their last email my lawyer got from them, the Gibraltar Commissioner said that they are not withholding my funds but in the same time Expekt said the opposite, that they are expekt the approval of the Gambling Commissioner. This is a real reason of concern and I don't think there remains doubts that I have done anything wrong. They know I have done everything correcly and they just delaying the resolution of my case and the release of the money. Their main objective seems to hold my funds as much as possible.
I have contacted SBR Support again to obtain informations from them regarding my case in order to update thei scoring. At this time, I just want SBR to protect other players from Expekt and the Gibraltar Commissioner!
I am telling you again that I was then one that asked fir the Commissioner's help and while in the first place they said to trust Expekt they will give me the money, now they are holding their part. They actually always did.

    Name coincidence?

Of course he is the same man convicted for skimming cards. How naïve are you guys?
This man is guilty until proven innocent.
In fact the surname Cimpueriu is very rare in Romania. According to name-statistics the frequency in Romania for that surname is 0.0002%, and only an estimated 38 people in the country are named Cimpueriu.

Now I would have no mercy on him for skimming cards, but I admit I am impressed by him being able to scam the online Casino, although maybe it's easy when you know how. Some talent required for pulling that one off. No talent for the card fraud, apart from being a scumbag.

My best wishes to you Cosmin. Keep the good honest work coming. Hopefully you have good wi-fi in jail so we can hear more of your adventures.

I just wonder why nobody from SBR came to update this thread and tell us so?
Also on Expekt's review page I could find nothing mentioned about this case.

It's really strange indeed, if someone wins 80k fair and the book doesn't pay, this site needs to be downgraded to F. Also when the customer was a fraud this should be corrected, as this case has a big impact on whether people will ever play there..
