Before anything else I just want to tell everybody that during this time I have contacted Gibraltar Gambling Comission which told me to wait paciently that the Expekt investigation is fair. 4 day from that I get this email from Expekt:
Dear Cimpueriu Cosmin,
Thank you for your patience while we have been conducting a routine security investigation. Please note that, in accordance with clause 2.3 of the Expekt Gaming (Gibraltar) Limited General Terms & Conditions, your Expekt account will remain closed. Your balance of 80,586EUR will be remitted to your bank account.
Please note that you are not permitted to open another account with Expekt. Should you attempt to, or succeed in, opening a further account with Expekt by omitting and/or by changing personal details and/or by providing false and misleading information, we reserve the right to immediately close that account and to retain any balance on the account. May we remind you that we take the observance of our Terms and Conditions very seriously and shall not tolerate any non-adherence.

I was expecting the money when two days ago I get an e-mail from Gibraltar:
Dear Mr Cimpuerio
I can confirm that Expekt (Betclic) have referred the details of your case to us and we too wish to have certain matters clarified. I am sure you realise that there are unusual features in the way you have bet and won so consistently. We need to obtain more data from the roulette studio, but will be in contact with you as soon as we have the data and have analysed it.
What do you think? I talked to Gibraltar on the phone and they just said to wait ... AGAIN!
