Relaaxx are you really getting paid or do they get people to lie in the forums now? Because i have been waiting for a withdrawal for over 6 months and in that time you have got 3-4 checks.. Either I'm getting mugged or you are lying...

i am being paid. but i waited around 6 months for each payment, and before that even longer. i asked for 3 payouts---sept,oct and dec, 2011. i got the sept payment a couple months ago. getting the oct payment any day. was told i should get the dec payout by the end of next month. you waiting for 6 months is normal. there are people here waiting for 2 years. i have a longer history of payouts and payments recieved over the last few years,and every word i said in any of my posts in any thread to do with WSEX is 100% true. plenty of people get paid once in awhile, but unfortunatly there are many more than that still waiting for long overdo payouts. i think(hope) they will do better soon.

How often do you contact them? I've been paid 1/3 of my withdrawal request in 2 years, I contact them about once a month to ask for the balance.

they tell me when i can maybe expect a payment. i wait til the timeframe is up. either i have my payment or i call and ask why. if i have to call i ask for a new timeframe. and wait again. sometimes they don't give me a timeframe. i call back in a couple weeks. no screaming or yelling. i also still play there. make bets. also made a deposit after waiting over 7 months for a payout early on when they started having problems paying. while everyone knew here at SBR how bad it was getting , i still made that deposit. if i lost my balance again i would make another deposit. been there a long time, always was one of my favorite sportsbook. until the payout problems started. but still like playing there. still hope they get all this sorted out and get back on thier feet. almost impossible. almost. they have been trying with difficulty for years. i am one of the few here that still think they have a shot to get a lot better at paying. and back to much better rating. i lost my money at a couple of scam books years ago and it was over fast. all of a sudden they stop paying. and then they are gone. they did not t try to keep the business going at all. WSEX is trying. why. i don't know. i would just sell the place. but to me it is obvious - as long as they have a choice - they are not giving up.

This is exactly my sentiments. They are trying, as poor and long and drawn as those efforts might be. They're not out and out stealing, like other books have done. I wouldn't deposit there, or recommend anyone I know to do so. Ideally, they would sell to an outfit like CRIS or Heritage, as their database, and software, being a pioneer, would likely be pretty valuable.

I just got off the phone to hear I did not make the monthly cut of checks. It's harder to get your wsex money than win nba lottery. Hope they do get a new line to read the one that it will come by the 15 th or 30 th is getting old. 8 months and running. We should set up a schedule and have someone ALWAYS calling wsex there are enough of us waiting that's for sure. Did anyone have good luck with the may payout?

From 2001 to 2007 WSEX was a great book to deal with. Loved their props on football always made their own lines, when they de-emphasized props I became less involved. I lost my last 500 just around the time this post started. How did it turn so sour? Looks bad for many, I remember having 26,000 in Aces Gold when a day after the Pats beat St. Louis in the SBowl they closed shop.

When I made my last deposit (sep - oct 2011) they were rated A with SBR, when I tried to withdraw I found out that they were already 250000$ behind on payments. I still cant understand how can a sportsbook that is owing 250.000$ to players, in some cases for more than a year, be rated A?
A better rating from SBR would have saved me and others money and stress.

couple of threads about bookmaker's fees for withdrawals here at the forum. how's this sound. if wsex charged the same amount for payouts during the last 3 years as bookmaker charges now they would not have slow pay problems,and would never have had problems with payouts other than US payouts..

They owe me 68k with 10k or more of withdrawals requested 2 years ago I believe. U must bet alot of sports as they did tell me they were going to pay off sports betters first then the poker player accounts.

Considering I made my money in their poker room and they are not even offering poker anymore they want to keep the sports betters obviously to keep more business coming which I can see why but on other hand I"m broke and need my old cashouts and its not fair. But at least they are paying people and gives us all hope they will be honest and payout to eveybody eventually maybe.

It was 3 cheque's, and I only bet sports.

poker we have heard it all you really don't need to list it again. Sence i started reading you were in trouble but you are not dead and not in Jail so it can't be that bad. Money is not everyting just ask a few pwople in jail or people with no food or clothes. And so you no i am owed 1500 ov about 7 grand i am getting paid slow, but have moved on with life get a job stop gambling and your money will start to pile up

the obvious problem here is that wsex don't pay because they are bankrupt, so even if your lawsuit is successful you will not get paid. however, if it is for the sake of justice/feeling better after, then fire away, and good luck

Directorate of Offshore Gaming suspended WSEX license a long time ago, and posted notice. They also don't do jack - Calvin's long shilled for the gambling commissions he's involved with. IIRC, he even put some ratings guide on his site of safest jurisdictions and listed the ones that license his companies on top and rated the rest lower. He missed perhaps the best in the process.
