Have ten outstanding complaints right now.

Communication with WSEX has not been that great. I got a request from upper management for a full list of complaints, but no response has been coming.

The only positive news is that right now the only slow pay complaints are checks (of course this is a big deal). The one Neteller slow pay complaint of 2500 has been paid. It took 12 days.

I can also report that several people have been paid in less than 1 hour after requesting transfers from WSEX to Matchbook. One player reported putting in a request overnight and had not got the transfer by noon the next day (I haven't got an update on that, but assume is paid by now). So that is one way to get funds, if you want to avoid checks, which I would recommend.

hey josh, have wsex management given you any updates in regards to my 5/11 withdraw yet? i personally haven't heard a peep from them.

if they prefer, they can cancel the check, and just transfer the whole balance to matchbook instead. i'd like for them to eat the fee though since its 110+ days late..

no transfers are scary--------------i am still waiting on over 3k in checks. planned to transfer $2500 a week until i had under $2500 left. now what? hope josh is seeing some progress at all on withdrawls he has conplaints on,including mine.

Josh - I tried to transfer funds to matchbook and was advised today that I could not because I deposited via cc. Thing is I deposited in June and have placed numerous wagers since then so its not like its a risk for them. Also did a transfer to matchbook a few weeks after deposit. Been a customer there for 8 years. I emailed them back asking why, does not make any sense to me. The transfer amount is not that large, less than 4 figures. Just want to get it out of there, better safe than sorry.

just received 2 checks from fedex. total combined is still short for my fedex withdrawls but it did say that it was a partial payment. sent 80% of fedex monies. still waiting for regular mail withdrawl.. thanks josh -- the reason i got the checks i did today is this tread and josh. thanks again

asked for a book to book----only took minutes-----$2500 for $50. high fees but fast. now i'll roll it over and pay another $39 to match for the check by fedex. but at least for now i know i will get my money in a timely manner.

another book to book---another $2500---another $50 fee---good news only took another few minutes. sure would like to get the rest of my money owed by the check withdrawls. but at least i get get my money out $2500 at a time once a week.

got the entire amount owed to me today in the regular mail. the regular mail withdrawl and the remainder of the 2 fedex withdrawls in 1 check. thanks to everyone here especially josh. will ask for another regular mail free check today,hope it takes "only" 3 to 4 weeks. if they can get me a free check every four weeks i'm satisfied. thanks again

Today was a good day. WSEX upper management contacted me with no particular updates beyond a commitment to get totally caught up for good in the near future.

BUT, I had five players contact me that they had been paid. One did book to book instead of Neteller and was paid. Four players were paid by check. I will try to update dates tomorrow, but at least a significant number of players got paid today. For those who weren't paid, I am continuing to keep pushing WSEX to resolve these issues.

I've requested and received 5 $2,500 book to book transfers from WSEX to Matchbook and had to pay the $50 fee each time.

I also have a courier check withdrawal pending from August 3rd.

With all of the problems WSEX was experiencing, I felt it was prudent to get the majority of my funds out of there until they straighten their problems out.

With all of the problems they have had processing customer withdrawals, they should have temporarily suspended the $50 book to book transfer fee (especially with their sister site Matchbook).

Since I also have to pay $39 per $3,000 to withdraw the transferred WSEX funds via Matchbook, I will request that my WSEX account be credited back with the $250 I had to pay in book transfer fees.

If they refuse (which I expect them to), then I won't be using WSEX any longer as they have really done a poor customer service job through this whole period.
