victor chandler closed account and stolen money

hi.i've been reading in this forum for a long time but this is my first writing post. not from the u.s so pardon my english.
i've opened an account with vcbet about 2 months ago. first time there, deposited just under 500 usd and took no bonus.started betting 50-70 usd at the begining and then about 100-150. in about 5 weeks my account was @ 3000 usd. asked to make a withdrawl of 2300. sent all the necessery documentation and got the money couple of days later.
made just anothe bet that won 200 and the following day my account was closed with 900 in it. called and asked what's going on and beed told that the risk management department desided to close my account and thats it. i know this kind of things happen in all the european bookies and thats fine. but when i asked to withdraw my 900 the manager told me that after a check they made they linked my account to former accounts and that is why they r keeping my money.
when i told her that this is the first time for me betting with them and there is no way she can link me to other accounts because it is just no true - she said the vcbet reserves the right to close accounts and keep the money without providing any proof of wrong doingas long as they feel the r just. she says it's in the rule book and she doesnt need to give me any explanations.

this all thing is ridiculis . the only reason i opened an account there is because in my country now they r closing access to 99 precent of the books and vcbet is the one that still available to our market.
i allways knew the r a small time bookie and once i start winning they will close my account but i never thoght that the r going to still my money.
i could use some help please

    i'm from israel.
at first hte goverment closed for the use of ************ with gambling sites.
than they closed access to any of the e-wallet(moneybookers, ******** ).
after that the banks were ordered not to accept transfers from gambling sites and now they are about to pass a law to give the police the right to close any access to gambling sites and pedophilia sites .
i guess they put both issues under the same law to help pass it easily but in any case 99 percent of the bboks dont need this hussle and the dont accept clients from the country anymore and the ones that do will soon close their gates too.

the funny thing is that not like in the states where gambling is iligal outside of navada- in israel there is a goverment run bookie with commercials on every corner and on every show so its far from being a metter of anti gambling- just anti democracy and the right to choose far better odds and not being chained to a monopoly.

    but that's a different story

yes they are not giving me the money.

so it may be resolved for them but what was the point of the whole thing?

did they gave you proof that i scamed them????

of course not because there was nothing of such nature so if you are telling me the metter was resolved then i guess they gave you the resons which you found to be satisfying.
iwould love to know them that is the whole point of mee contacting you to begin with.

aside for that- thank you very much for taking the time and trying to clear this wrong doing.

This is just scandalous and scaring ! They say they don't have to provide any proof that your account is linked with another account and can keep your money with no real reason ! What a scam. I'll stay away from that book now for sure

Yeah because no book has ever scammed a player. How did they not find an issue when he withdrew $2300? Risk management deemed him a "risk" and banned him, fine that happens everywhere but keeping his money is criminal. This is going on way to often and at apparent "legit" books and thats why i'm done with offshore for the time being.

i love it how people have no clue of the situation or any info know who's scaming and who's not .

how exactly was i scaming please tell me?

i didn't take any bonuses. paid a lot of comission just to deposit. never had a dispute on any of my bets.
it's only 900 usd and its really not about the money. it's about the fact that books allow themselves to treat thier clients however they want once they dont want their business. they assume u will forefit the money once they tell u it's in the rulebook.

it's sad that posters in here are so quick to take the side of the bookie with no response by the bookie itself. when it will happen to them u'll see how annoying it is to be treated like that by a bookie.

i lost my far share of money in other bookies over the years and never got any of it back nor i demanded it.

but when i win i shouldent appolagize for it and i have every right to every single dime of it

This 6 word response is worthless to all - both the OP and the forum members.

Is this really the best you can do?

Was this posted by Lou? Who was responsible for this non-message?

Victor Chandler attempted to use their "security" department to defraud me. Under SBR's advice, I was told to simply resend all the same documents I had already sent in in one big e-mail, which was eventually accepted. I don't know why my documents were accepted on the second go around. Perhaps it was SBR's intervention, perhaps Victor Chandler chose to rob other players instead, I do not know.

    Hi avi,

You were given every update available.

If you disagree with the conclusion, you are absolutely free to file a claim through the Gibraltar Commission. After filling out the attached, email it to GamblingCommissioner@gibraltar.gov.gi.

i realy dont understand why would tou say something like that . all i want is answers and now u tell me u gave me updates?

i realy don't know what to say anymore this is beyond reasonable what's going on with this clame.

    Hi avi,

Once again, the updates you've received are all we have.

If you contest defrauding VC, here is your next step: file a claim through the Gibraltar Commission. After filling out the attached, email it to GamblingCommissioner@gibraltar.gov.gi. Will you do this?

that's exactly my point- i didn't get any updates.

i filed a complaint with u so u will see why my money was stolen and all you had to say is " vc has rwsolved the situation".

so what is the point of filling a complaint form with u????

you didn't get any answers from vcbet and u seem to be fine with that. i realy don't get that.

again- i read over 100 threads like this and on every one of them u gave the user an answer.

so why now u r telling me to go somewhere else???????

take the 900 bucks i realy dont care but dont treat me like nothing just cause my english is not perfect.

my complaint was more than solid. all my documents checked out. i had nothing to hide. and all u have to say to me is go somewhere else.

    nice

Some of the rest of us are also interested. It seems to be a repeating theme with these Brit books to accuse a player of fraud and close the account keeping any funds in it. And when questioned about it to reply that the matter is closed and not open to discussion.

Funny way to do business imo.

Since the poster has stated that he is willing to share the details of the complaint here why is SBR not willing to tell us what the story is?

When I first came to SBR a couple of years ago, I saw SBR coming to the rescue of poster after poster. A complaint would be filed, and immediately SBR would respond to let the poster know that the complaint was received and the book would be contacted. Then an actual investigation would ensue ( with discussion in the thread ) and everybody would know about the details.
Over the last year, this is not what has been happening. Now I see complaint after complaint either ignored, or simply not addressed -- as it appears happened here. I have seen one intelligent poster after another get banned for ---- well, what appears to be disagreeing with SBR. Even if the OP is in the wrong here, isn't he due something more than " the book says the issue is resolved, so go away " ? Perhaps SBR should add that the OP is banned!
